Replacement of ball bearings (No. FAG6226) 04 Nos. fitted with the boom top hoist pulleys (02 Nos.) of 25 Ton ELL Mukand Wharf Crane (No.3) at Haddo wharf as per the direction of EIC at the height of 20 m to 30 m from the ground level including cost of 04 Nos. ball bearings (No. FAG 6226) & fabrication of suitable working platform with MS Plates, MS Angles, MS Channels, Pipes etc from the ground/available nearby shore crane/mobile crane/JLG with suitable arrangements, removal of wire ropes from the hoist pulleys, dismantling of the pulleys from the existing structure, checking and attending lathe work if required to the damaged portions of the pin, re-assembling the pulleys at its original position, test checking of the performance of the pulleys after completion of the repairs/replacement works, cost of gas (oxygen & acetylene), welding electrodes, Arc and gas welding equipments, minor tools and plants, labour charges, transportation charges, safety equipments, safety belts, GST etc. excluding cost of steels such as MS Plates, MS Angles, MS Channels, Pipes of available sizes at site, machineries such as Mobile Crane/Shore Crane/Forklift/JLG which will be supplied /provided by the dept. on free of cost as per the availability.

Cutting and removing of the old damaged, corroded and holed thinned top plate of the counter weight fitted with the 25 ton Mukand ELL Wharf Crane (No. 3) without damaging the adjacent portions and structure properly as per the direction of EIC at the height of 2.2 mtr to 30 mtr from the ground level, fabrication, erection, assembling and painting of the steel structure in addition to the existing structure to strengthen the wharf crane with various thickness of MS Plates and other steel structures, GI/MS Pipe using gas/arc welding with MS electrodes including cost of fabrication of suitable working platform with MS Plates, MS Angles, MS Channels, Pipes etc from the ground/available nearby shore crane/mobile crane/JLG with suitable arrangements, cost of gas (oxygen & acetylene), welding electrodes, Arc and gas welding equipments, minor tools and plants, labour charges, transportation charges, safety equipments, safety belts, GST etc. excluding cost of steels such as MS Plates, MS Angles, MS Channels, Pipes of available sizes at site, machineries such as Mobile Crane/Shore Crane/Forklift/JLG which will be supplied /provided by the dept. on free of cost as per the availability.

Replacement/Repairing and fixing of 04 Nos damaged glass windows in machine house and repairing/replacement of damaged 10 mm safety glass in operator cabin with replacement of new nylon rubber beading of suitable size (Marine quality) to the 25 Ton Mukand wharf crane (No. 3) at the height of 2.2 mtr to 30 mtrs from the ground level as per the direction of EIC including cost of all labour charges and all materiala such as aluminium window frame materials, 10mm thick safety glasses, nylon rubber beadings, bolts & nuts, screws, thin MS Sheets, safety belts, safety equipments, GST etc., machineries such as Mobile Crane/Shore Crane/Forklift/JLG which will be supplied /provided by the dept. on free of cost as per the availability.
