Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

M&L for PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases).

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area not exceeding 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed.

M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thickness in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even complete.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L 75 mm thickness PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc. and finishing cement concrete surface even and rough complete all as specified.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in flooring and pavings, etc. spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as directed.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm welded/ chain link type mesh, including 1 mm thick PVC coating on chain link fencing, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe290 Gde-E-165.

M&L for PCC M-20 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate (Design Mix) in shotcreting method over GI wire mesh fixed on prepared earth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm dia TMT high strength deformed bars on scrap portion of land slide area insertation to a depth of as ordered by Eng-in- Charge using soil nailing technique by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed

S&F 8mm dia 200mm long galvanised iron J hook bolts fixed in holes and secured with MS plate 10cmx10cmx4mm thick to the GI steel wire mesh in position and grouting holes suitable to the size of J-hook bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
