M&L for preparation of old painted plastered or unplastered surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coat of oil bond distemper over minimum 1.5mm thick white cement based wall core putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs vitreous China urinal, half stall type, ‘white’ (excluding flushing cistern) including urinal spreader, PVC connection, PVC waste pipe & coupling providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, Fixing flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, sunken type box etc. and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc with its original specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
