Supply of submersible pump set fitted with dynamically balanced SS impeller mounted on stainless steel shaft with protection sleeve having stage bowl & closed grained shorted type impeller, the pump will be directly coupled to required wet type induction motor of 7.5 HP, 15 stage, Speed 2900 RPM suitable for operation of 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz, AC supply with efficiency 70% at following duty point: 200-125-75 LPM on 89-124-133 Mtr. Head. Having discharge outlet 50 mm and outside dia 142 mm.Make: BS/Skope/ Any DJB Approved.

Supply of hut type electrical feeder pillar / fabricated with 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron and 16 SWG Ms sheet with horizontal and vertical intermediate member of suitable size. i.e. 1370 mm x 760mm x 460 mm. With arrangement for mounting of switchgear and electrical energy meter i.c. Painting heaving following item fitted. a) MCCB 63 Amp, 4Pole, 415Volt, 35 KA -1 No. b) RCCB 63 Amp, 4Pole with earth fault indication protecting a circuit automatically in the event of earth leakage sensitivity 100mA, - 1 No c) Fully automatic star delta starter of relay range 13-21 Amp. (7.5 HP to 10 HP) 3 Phase oil immersed type -1 No. d) Ampere 96 x 96 mm. Square shape 0-30 Amp-1 No. e) Voltmeter 96 x 96 mm. Square shape 0-500 volt-1 No. f) Indicating lamp (a set of 3 lamps) – 1.set g) Motor protection assembly with earth leakage protection phase sequence connector, single phasing, protection, overload protection, high voltage / low voltage protection time delay power on, programmable time switch i.c. R&B phase facility to change over from automatic, to manual &vice verse for up to 10 H.P -01 Nos. S/O PVC insulated & PVC sheathed cable with plain copper conductor having 3 phases, 3 core flat for submersible motor of 4 square mm size each 100 mtrs. Make:Grandlay / Havells./Any DJB Approved Make

S/O M.S. clamp of 600 mm length duly fabricated out of 12.5 mm thick 75 mm wide, M.S. plate for holding the pipe of 50 mm dia.

S/O Double flange GI Column pipe 50 mm dia medium class each of 3 mtrs long duly threaded on both ends, welded fitted with GI flange on both ends with slot of submersible cable. Make: TATA/ Jindal./Any DJB Approved Make

S/O/ Tail piece of the medium class GI Pipe 500 mm long with one end threaded as per outlet of pump & another end flanged as per size of GI pipe 50 mm dia.

S/O GI 90° Bend of size 50 mm dia having both side flange (heavy duty).

Supply of ms nut bolts off size as per requirement.

S/O rubber packing for 50 mm dia flange.

Fabrication and supply Supply of bore cover approx size 1' dia made out from 6mm thick M.S. sheet in 2 halves & a circular hole in centre 3-1/2” dia. with locking arrangement by Nuts & bolt.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Installation of t/well by lowering of sub p/set with all allied above items. This includes installation and grouting of panel boards with all electrical wiring & cabling at site. All tools & tackles i/c. tripod chain pulley blocks etc. shall be arranged by the firm. This includes testing & commissioning of t/well on load at site i/c. cartage, loading & unloading of material. It also includes a trial run of 30 hrs operation successfully by the firm. All required civil work included in the scope of work.
