Construction of road from Km 0.000 to Km 32.31 on Jiribam to Manipur Mizoram Border Section via Tipaimukh under ISC Scheme in Manipur

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction.

Dismantling upto 1.5m. in foundation and/or 1.5m above ground level including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of un-serviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials within a lead of 100m. i) Removing hume pipes class NP-3 - b) Above 600 mm to 900 mm dia.

ii) Cement concrete Grade M-15 & M-20

Reinforced cement concrete with cleaning, straightening and cutting of bars and separating out from RCC.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specifications including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared underbase and compacting with power vibratory-roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricating and maintenance of diversion etc.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means on WBM/WMM surface at the rate of 0.07-1.00 kg/ sqm.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distibutor on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom (I) on granular surface pre-treated with priming coat @ 0.25-0.30 kg/sqm

Providing and laying 65mm thickness dense graded bituminous macadam with 40-60 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 35 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.25 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. a). using bitumen 60/70

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm thick with 60-80 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 35 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. ii) Grading - II: 13 mm (Nominal Size) A) Using Bitumen 60/70.
