Split AC/ Window AC/ Tower AC: M&L for servicing of the Split AC/Tower AC/Window AC 1.5/2.0/3.0/4.0 ton capacity of any make ,including oiling/greasing the blower motor, cleaning the evaporator condenser coils externally to remove the dust, replacement of defective thimbles, proper connections of wires etc and re-fixing the air conditioner at its origional position by the experienced ref mech all as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note :- (i) Any u/s items other than specified above need to be replaced/gas charging etc shall be replaced & paid under seperately respective items.(ii) Servicing of split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR capacity of any make by washing the outdoor unit condenser coil with soap water jet followed with clean water jet and indoor unit with the help of blower, wipe and clean the unit with dry cloth, complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in charge.

M & L for cleaning / flushing out the refrigeration system thoroughly with CTC, leak testing with CO2 / N2 locating and rectifying the leaks by brazing with silver / copper rod, pressure testing, vaccumising and charging with refrigerant gas and topping up compressor oil, testing and commissioning complete for split type ACs of 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of refrigerant gas (R-32/R-22/R-410A/R-134A) (ii) Unit quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of transportation cost to workshop and back (if any)).

All as per Serial item No. 2 above but for 2.0/3.0/4.0 Ton capacity Split Acs/Tower AC complete.

Material & Labour for taking down defective split type AC unit, shifting to work shop, taking out any type of defective compressor of capacity 1.5 Ton replacing the compressor with new Non Inverter compressor as suitable for existing, refixing the compressor in the unit, cleaning refrigeration system with CTC thoroughly, leak testing with refrigerant gas, testing at workshop, shifting to location, reinstalling the same in its original position, connecting up all electrical connections, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of cutting, brazing, sealing the refrigeration tubing, replacement of strainer, cost of CTC, refrigerant gas and CO2 etc., required for the job including transportation.

All as described in serial item No.04 and above, but 2 ton capacity compressor for AC unit.

Taking down out door unit fan blower motor from air conditioner of any make/type of 1.5/2.0/3.0 Ton capacity and replacing the same with new motor of same rating, with copper winding, single phase, 200/230 volt, 50 Hz, in the same position and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down /shifting of Split type ACs of any capacity/type after disconnecting all connections etc and re-fixing in the same position or any other specified position as directed by the Engr-in-Charge after carry out minor repairs works, filling the suitable of gas etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Unit quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of transportation cost & Gas filling charges)

Attending complaints related to Air Conditioning including replacement & minor repairs like reconnections,Stabilizer reconnections, Water leakage from AC, Wire fault rectification, replacement of Supply only items, replacement of screw/washers any type & size, insulation tape replacement etc and obtaining completion of user on complaint slip, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Window Type AC s : Taking down the defective compressor from the unit and supply and fix new and factory sealed compressor of same make (including cleaning refrigeration circuit with ,cleaning agents flushing through with CO2/N2,complete removal of dirt,oil and carbon etc pressure testing dehydrating, vaccuming, replacment of copper pipe,copper stainer,topping up com pressor oil ) testing and commissioning of window type AC units 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity.Note:- Charging of R-32/R-22 gas will be measured and paid under relevent item of schedule

Note:- The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.

Testing of water cooler, cleaning the gas system with CTC of nitrogen vacuumising properly and charging the refrigerant R-134A including the cost of gas filters/ rectification of leakage in entire system and making the gas system leak proof to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Refrigerator:- Disconnecting old defective burnt sealed compressor unit of Refrigerator 190/215/310 ltr capacity of any make and replacement of same with new sealed compressor unit including soldering of copper pipes, foundation rubber bushes, nuts bolts, cleaning the refrigerant system and charging of refrigerant and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No-101 here-in-before but capacity 165/180 ltr, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of pgmy lamp (bulb) as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable over load protection with new Over load relay (OLR) for refrigerator 310/286/165 ltr capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Renutral/Shriram.

Cleaning the gas system with CTC vacuum pump and charging the refrigerant R-134A with antimoist substance and filter along with rectification of leakage in the system of 165/286/310 ltr capacity refrigerator, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement thermostat switch with defrosting arrangement suitable for Refrigerator 286/310/165 ltr capacity including knob plate and screw, complete all as specified and directed.

Deep freezer:- Disconnecting old defective burnt sealed compressor unit of deep freezer 425/500 ltr capacity of any make and replacement of same with new sealed compressor unit including soldering of copper pipes, foundation rubber bushes, nuts bolts, cleaning the refrigerant system and charging of refrigerant and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the gas system with CTC vacuum pump and charging the refrigerant R-134A with antimoist substance and filter along with rectification of leakage in the system of 285/425/500 ltr capacity deep Freezer, complete all as specified and directed.
