Earth work excavation up to 2.0m depth in ordinary soil, sand, clay mixed with roots, etc., as existing at site of work for all foundations and other such works as directed including dressing of sides ramming of bottom all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed, stacking the excavated earth within a lead of 500 m for transportation including shoring, strutting, including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, fuel etc., complete.

Fillling the available earth in foundation and basement all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed in layers not exceeding 150mm, consolidating by watering and ramming including all materials, labour, tools, equipments etc., complete.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Fine Aggregate : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) Including centering and shuttering all complete as per specification and as directed including the cost of labour, materials, tools, equipment, etc complete.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Fine Aggregate : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) Including centering and shuttering all complete as per specification and as directed including the cost of labour, materials, tools, equipment, etc complete.

Providing and laying in position, standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade, with minimum cement content 350 kg and 20 mm and down graded BGS metal for all RCC items of works Including centering and shuttering including laying, pumping, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc all complete as per specification and as directed including the cost of labour, materials, tools, equipment, Scaffolding etc complete for ALL Levels including Foundations (Note: Providing Steel Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relavant item)

Providing Steel reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete by using Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-550D including all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transporation, binding wire etc., complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of Class designation 5 in in super structure from plinth level to floor v in all shapes and sizes: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Fine Aggregate) including all labour materials, tools, equipments, etc. Complete.

Plastering using CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Fine Aggregate) -12 to 15mm thick to inner and outer wall surfaces including finishing neatly curing etc., complete including all labour, materials, tools, equipment, scaffolding, etc., complete

Design, Engineering, Supply, fabrication, transporting, assembling & erecting in place of MS Structural Members by cutting, welding, with Bolts & Nuts etc. in position as directed at the site, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by welding/bolting/riveting etc., as directed including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, tackles, scaffolding etc., complete. Note: The Cost is exclusive of Primer and Paint, which will be shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Providing and fixing Aluminium Zinc Alloy coated sheet (Galvalume) of standard size available in the market of Total coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm for roofing with coating thickness not less than 150gsm and tensile strength not less than 550 MPa shall be used all as directed including all labour, material, equipments, tools, plants, etc. complete.

Painting the MS Structural Members with 2 coats of Coal Tar Epoxy Paint 100 micron dry film over coat of Zinc rich Epoxy primer 40 micron all as directed including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, tackles, scaffolding etc., complete.

Applying with two coats of wall painting with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint over one coat of approved exterior primer of required shade including and as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, Scaffolding etc., complete.

Providing and laying Granular Sub – base (GSB) layer of 200 mm compacted thickness on the prepared sub grade with approved granular materials of minimum CBR value 30 grading with Motor grader, watering and premixing at optimum moisture content, compacting with Power and Vibratory Rollers of 80 to 100KN static weight to not less than 98% of the dry density as directed by the Engineer, including labour, tools, equipment, safety measures, testing fuel etc., complete

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm) to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) of 200mm Thick specification i in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired densit, complete all as per drawing and specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge including all materials, tools, etc. all complete

Supplying and laying Interlocking 100mm thick paver block of M-30 grade in position as approved over sand of average 50mm thickness including filling the gaps with existing sand as per direction of Engineer-in - charge at site and whereever required and as directed at site including all labour, materials ,tools etc., all complete

Demolishing brick work, flooring, concrete, paver blocs manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.whereever required and as directed at site including all labour, materials ,tools etc., all complete

Providing Engineering Supervision including Design supervision by engaging technical manpower through out the project execution period. The Payment for this item will be paid based on the certification of attendance by KPL and as per the conditions stipulated in the Clause 9.4 of Section 2 of Tender Document.
