Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate with recent EPF paid challan

The tenderer should complete the provisions of the contract labour (regulation and abolition act 1970) and the corresponding karnataka rules 1974)

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his or her in the name should have achieved. In the last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26) should have satisfactorily completed at least 90% of contract value as a prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work of value not less than rs. 20.99 crores (usually not less than 50% of the amount put to tender under this contract). Work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of executive engineer of the concerned division and countersigned by the superintending engineer of the concerned circle is to be uploaded for the technical bid. The cost of completed works of the previous year shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which tenders are invited. Certificates should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of executive engineer note: similar nature of work means bidder should done the work in design, fabrication, erection and commissioning of vertical gate for major dam/ barrage including dismantling of old gate and doing cementitious grouting work since last 5 years (any one year) as above-mentioned years

Each tenderer in his or her in the last 5 years (2021-22 to 2025-26) should have satisfactorily Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work 1 Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning of Vertical Gates of Size not less than 13.72 Mtr x 8.23 Mtr or Area not less than 112.92 Sq.Mt 620 Tonne

financial turnover : The intending bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of not less than amount put to tender i.e Rs 67.14 crores, in any of the two financial years during the last five years reckoned back from 2025-26 (turnover during 2021-22 to 2025-2026 only will be considered) duly updating the financial turnover at 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited. Audited profit and loss statement (with year wise turnover statement) certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with mentioned compulsory UID number along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the two years indicated above shall be furnished. (If UID Number not mentioned treated as incomplete and rejected)

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity ( AxNx1.5- B ) where A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years(2021-22 to 2025-26) (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.50 years (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent

Latest copy of the Income Tax return for financial year 2025-26 (Assesment year 2026-27)

Liquid Assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 8.40 Crores (Credit lines/ letters of credit / certificate fromnationalized/scheduled banks) for meeting the fund requirements etc., (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in peak construction period)

The tenders from joint ventures are not acceptable and therefore will not be considered for technical bid evaluation

Scanned signature of the bidder along with phone number / authorised representative in case of a firm or company, to be attached while uploading the bid documents. Also in case of authorised representative, scanned copy of power of attorney should be uploaded & the original should be produced at the time of opening of tender

The Agency should adhere to execute the work as per specified specification mentioned in Shedule-B
