M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base flooring 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rates of cement concrete in flooring include for: (i) Use and waste of form work/screed strips and to divide the area in panels. (ii) Finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement), and finishing surfaces of concrete in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc. even and rough to receive the topping layer. (iii) Finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering of exposed edges, where directed. (iv) Laying concrete in narrow widths, risers, treads, landings and the like.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rates of cement concrete in flooring include for: (i) Use and waste of form work/screed strips and to divide the area in panels. (ii) Finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement), and finishing surfaces of concrete in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc. even and rough to receive the topping layer. (iii) Finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering of exposed edges, where directed. (iv) Laying concrete in narrow widths, risers, treads, landings and the like.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. (Note :-Rates include for all cutting and waste and work in all positions as well as in narrow widths.)

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying two coats of Plastic emulsion paint over priming paints plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing surface including cleaning the concerned RCC surface by means of wire brush to expose the concrete surface which should be free from all loose particles, dust, laitance, etc of sunken slab and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound both on floor and wall. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry then applying Epoxy Resin coating polymer modified cementitious coating like brush bond of Fosroc, Pidilite and Bostic as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on wall and sunken floor shall be filled with graded cinder as per requirement of site complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded brick coarse aggregate as in sunken floors etc all as specified and directed. (Note :- (a) The quantity of concrete shall be taken as the net volume only of finished work. (b) Rates for cement concrete made with brickcoarse aggregates are applicable for volumetric mixes only.)

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(a) Picking, cleaning, sorting out etc. small articles such as wall ties, clamps, holding down bolts etc. not exceeding 3 kg each, which come out as a result of demolition. (b) Temporary shoring for the safety of portions not required to be pulled down, or of adjoining property, and providing temporary enclosures or partitions, where considered necessary by EIC. (c) Taking all necessary precautions for the protection of the public property and to keep down dust nuisance etc. (d) Any necessary disconnection of services, whether temporary or permanent as directed by EIC; any making good shall be measured separately. (e) No payments shall be made for any extra lead, when with the approval of the G.E., the unserviceable materials are removed by the Contractor for his own use, nor will any deduction be made for any value, they may have. (f) All coping’s, corbels, cornices and other projections shall be included with the wall measurements. (g) The rates include taking down walls, etc, with plaster but the measurements will be exclusive of plaster thickness. In case of pavings and floors the rates include for removal of bedding layer. (h) Honeycomb brickwork and hollow concrete blocks shall be measured solid.

M&L Modular Brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-(a) Fly ash bricks shall be burnt clay flyash building bricks as per IS- 13757. (b) The rates for work curved or polygonal on plan include for all extra cutting and extra waste in the body of the work. It shall be measured as mean length of wall. (c) Rates are for bricks of class designation 75 (Kgf/cm2).)

M&L Modular Brick work with Fly Ash bricks bricks straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-(a) Fly ash bricks shall be burnt clay flyash building bricks as per IS- 13757. (b) The rates for work curved or polygonal on plan include for all extra cutting and extra waste in the body of the work. It shall be measured as mean length of wall. (c) Rates are for bricks of class designation 75 (Kgf/cm2).)

M&L for Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 400 m to 500 m, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Removal is to be done by the shortest practicable route and measurement shall be made accordingly, irrespective of the route actually taken. No additional price shall be allowed for roads in bad repairs, gradients or removal over unconsolidated ground.)

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection finishing even & smooth without using extra cement laid in bays with construction, 6mm thick joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 gde and three part of sand ( all by weight) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rates of cement concrete in flooring include for: (i) Use and waste of form work/screed strips and to divide the area in panels. (ii) Finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement), and finishing surfaces of concrete in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc. even and rough to receive the topping layer. (iii) Finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering of exposed edges, where directed. (iv) Laying concrete in narrow widths, risers, treads, landings and the like.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like, landings, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfered, weathering, throating etc. and set in cement mortar (1:4) slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (a) The rates include for use of formwork (straight or curved). (b) Concrete items if so indicated, shall be reinforced. Reinforcement shall be measured separately.)

M&L for pre cast cement concrete 1:1.5:3, type A-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (a) The rates include for the use of forms, moulds or machine moulds and setting the blocks, slabs, etc. complete including raking back the joints of the internal faces (at least 10 mm) for pointing as the work proceeds or finishing with neat flush joints. (b) Precast cement concrete item shall be reinforced, where indicated. Reinforcement shall be measured separately.)

M&L Mild Steel TMT bar 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (a) The rates include for fixing and for bracing, supporting or otherwise holding firmly in position so that the placing and ramming of concrete will not displace it. Rates also include for straightening where reinforcement is supplied in rolls/coils.)

M&L Mild Steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (a) The rates include for fixing and for bracing, supporting or otherwise holding firmly in position so that the placing and ramming of concrete will not displace it. Rates also include for straightening where reinforcement is supplied in rolls/coils.)

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- (a) The rates in this table relate to walls, partitions, ceilings, etc, and include for all necessary lowering, etc., removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering. (b) The rates for taking down plastering are for any thickness.)

M&L Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The Rates includes for (a) Thickness of plaster key in joints, etc. (b) Arrises, chamfers of any width, internal rounded angles upto 80mm in width or girth external rounded angles upto 80mm in width or girth, except in the case of mud plaster and leeping where angles etc. of any girth are included. M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) :- (a) Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately. (ii) :- The Rates includes for (a) Thickness of plaster key in joints, etc. (b) Arrises, chamfers of any width, internal rounded angles upto 80mm in width or girth external rounded angles upto 80mm in width or girth, except in the case of mud plaster and leeping where angles etc. of any girth are included. (c) All labour and equipment necessary for incorporating integral waterproofing compound in the manner specified by the manufacturer and in the proportions indicated. The rates do not include for supply of integral waterproofing compound, which if supplied by the Contractor, shall be measured separately and paid for at “Supplied only" rates. M&L Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The Rates includes for (a) Thickness of plaster key in joints, etc. (b) Arrises, chamfers of any width, internal rounded angles upto 80mm in width or girth external rounded angles upto 80mm in width or girth, except in the case of mud plaster and leeping where angles etc. of any girth are included. (c) Scoring surface of plastering for key, where the surface is not required to be finished fair. (d) Curing of plastered surface. (e) Cleaning stains and dripping mortar from floors and walls, etc.

M&L for applying 1mm thick Wall Care Putty on old wall surfaces including complete removal of existing wall finish of any type with wire brush, brooming, dusting and finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of foreign materials and making good minor cracks etc. and surfaces absolutely even and smooth, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & concrete and applying 1mm thick Wall Care Putty including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall or concrete over a coat of primer on prepared surfaces including, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 1mm thick Wall Care Putty on old ceiling surfaces including complete removal of existing wall finish of any type with wire brush, brooming, dusting and finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of foreign materials and making good minor cracks etc. and surfaces absolutely even and smooth, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

The rates (from Sch Item- 193 to Item - 210) include for: (a) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (b) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks, etc. (c) Work in patches, and in narrow \widths. bands, cornices, pilasters, etc. and cutting in edges to line, where necessary. (d) Spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings, etc., to protect them from splashes. (e) Removing and replacing furniture, movable cupboard, chicks, blinds, etc. (f) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring, etc. of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy.

Removing old paints by paint removes or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats,any width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated wooden painted surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated Steel painted surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Heritage regular flakes finish which is made from china clay, pigments homo polymer emulsion and bonding agent Acrylic emulsion top coat (glossy/matt finished) based on solvent based polymer 0.80 mm to 1.20 mm thick single coat as per approved shade, as per manufacturers instructions and applying on vertical surfaces of walls, columns, pipes soffits of beams and chajja etc complete all as specified and directed.

The rates (from Sch Item- 211 to Item - 216) include for: (a) Use of all scaffoldings and cradles including hoisting and lowering. (b) Taking down, cleaning as directed and refixing blinds and fittings, picture rods, cornice poles and small items of builder’s hardware such as door knobs, finger plates, escutcheons, hooks etc. which are not required to be painted. (c) Use of dust sheets and other coverings for the protection of fixtures, fittings, furniture, etc. (d) Shifting of movable cupboards and furniture as required and replacing in position. (e) Work in patches (over one square metre each) including matching with existing work and marrying in at the edges. (f) Removing all splashes, drops, dirt, etc. and leaving premises in a clean state.

M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas, roofs, facia, column etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping ,cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1: 1-1/2: 3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforeced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per sqm but n.exc 3Kg/sqm with or without facia and finished including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 3 storey bldgs complete all as specified & directed (Note : Steel welded mesh is to be tightend / welded with the existing re-inforcement. The cost of welded mesh is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor).

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible and approachable roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including taking down of existing roof treatment, properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete (i) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm (ii) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm incl cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Laying evenly over the bitumen coated surface, polymeric water proofing membrane Hyperplas standard with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. (APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application (iv) Applying two coats of bitiminous aluminium paint @ 200 gm/sqm (minimum) in two coats all as specified and as manufacturer instruction complete as per manufacturers instruction. Note : (i) The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers of authorized applicator of manufacturer.

M&L Water proofing treatment with roof seal on roof/parapet with testing & 5 years gaurantee with following steps or as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge :- Step 01. Clean the existing surface of the roof, preparation and making the surface dust free. Step 02. Opening of crack in V groove more than 0.50 mm and filling with epoxy mortar. Step 03. Initial coat (mixed 1/2 litre of water in 1 litre of roof seal of as a primer.(Coverege area of mixture 1 litre = 9-10 Sqm) Step 04. After 06 hours of Initial coat and apply 1st coat of roof seal in a particular direction without mixing of water. Now left it for 06 hours (Coverage Area 1 litre = 1.20 Sqm) Step 05: After 06 hours of initial coat, apply the first coat of roof seal in a particular direction without mixing of water and left for 06 hours (coverage area 1.20 sqm per 1 litres). Step 06 : Laydown a 45 GSM Giber glass mesh into the coating as a sandwich layer while the first coat is still wet. Step 07. Again after 06 hours of 1st coat and apply the 2nd coat of roof seal in a other direction without mixing of water (Coverage Area 1 litre = 1.20 Sqm). Now left it 24 hours, Note : (i) The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers of authorized applicator of manufacturer.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral waterproofing chemical @ 200 ml per 50 Kg per cement, as in padding on roof surface for correcting / making proper slope on roof, and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on roof surfaces/ concrete surface in CM 1:4 with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 Kg cement complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid), ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Wall panelling and similar work and removing to store and S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5 mm thick Wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of Solvent Cement and fixing at site on PVC frames as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 mm thick PVC Sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frames as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Noncombustible as per BS tiles 476 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm.
