A-1-GROUND FLOOR:- Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineering- charge within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.

Supply & Filling in Foundation and Plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming as directed by Engineer-in- charge for cum.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand and well watered and rammered etc. complete including cost of sand.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) by using 4 cm size B.H.G metal including cost, conveyence etc. complete.

R.C.C. works (M-20) in foundation, footing, beams, plinth band,footing ,base of columns,lintels, roofs, chhajas mass concrete etc. using 10 mm & 20 mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting, watering, curing for 28 days including centering and shuttering and finished the exposed surface smooth including all cost, conveyances, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of labour with T & P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect but excluding cost of Steel and labour charges for bending and binding as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.
