The excavation of foundation pit of size 750mmX450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. Fabrication & erection of Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories as per required. Grouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block of size 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor). In case of ST Pole making Plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. All work will be done as per RESPO norms & relevent IS Specification.

Repairing of damage/Rusted Steel Tubular Pole by digging of pit around pole of size 1.0 mtr.X 1.0 mtr.X1.0 mtr. is to be done for proper position and then cleaning of rust and descaling with the help of hard wire brush & chisel and then Putting 3 Nos. 1 mtr. long Angle of size 50x50x6 mm, properly welding on 3 circle with pole. After completing of above work Grouting and Plinthing 300 mm Above level with cement concrete and sand and bricks ballast. After that Painting of ST Pole by double coating Aluminium & Red oxide paint. (All material, labour and T&P will be provided by the Contractor)
Dismantling and again stringing sagging, binding and jumpering of old existing Dog/weasel conductor with fixing of LT Clamps/other clamps, Shackle insulator and nuts&bolts.
Painting of ST Pole by double coating Aluminium & Red oxide paint. Paint will be provided by contractor
Earthing of Pole by MS earthing Rod & 6 SWG earthing Wire as per RESPO norms.
Erection and grouting of stay in CC ratio 1:4:8 of Cement, Sand and Stone Ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire (Complete work)
Disconnection and Re-connection of consumer cable of complete LT Line (Single/Three Phase)
Videography & GPS survey of Site before starting of work
Videography of site after completion of work
Dismantling of following Line materials and safe loading, unloading and carraige of dismantled material from work site to departmental store (As per site requirement)
