Dismantling posts or struts (wood,steel or RCC.) any section,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed natural ground.

Excavating in post holes(or similer holes) in soft/ loose each n exc 0.5 cum getting out,returning filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggergate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails,half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts.posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed ,drilling holes,notching for wires, etc, flat iron fillets(for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc.and similer work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 (For Fencing) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainging bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or stel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type.(for Chain link Fencing) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI chain link fencing MS Galvanised 100 mm diagonal mesh size of 3 mm dia wire fixed with angle iron fencing post including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Tie bars with screwed ends, nuts, washers and mild steel paltes for walls, chimneys, roofs, arches, etc. king rods and straining bolts conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10 cm long diameter of the neck in 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel Round bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm or securing clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8, using 40mm graded stone aggergate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement & no pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 above but using old bricks retrieved from demolition above including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&Lfor Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) in floors complete all as specified and directed.
