Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving of any description not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) including removing materials obtained from demolition from worksite outside MD land any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 100 mm thick as in sub base of flooring / hard standing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 50 mm thick , as hard standing, floor/paved surface finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing only Glass dividing strips 4 mm thick and 38 mm wide inserted in position confirm to design complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for forming construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade"B" complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour 100mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 to 25 mm thick, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment in treads including 15 mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for endura exterior grade Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 as in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note : 1. Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately. 2. Items may be required to be done in patches also).

Material and labour for 60 mm thick Pressed precast interlocking paver block of any size and shape as approved , conforming to IS-15658 (2006), M-35 grade, laid dry on sand (not less than 50 mm thick) interstices filled in floors/ pathway including demolishing existing tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Sand cushion shall not be measured and paid separately).

Demolition of brick work built in cement morter etc complete all as specified including removing of materials obtained from demolition from worksite outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work built in cement mortar 1:6 with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. including removing rubbish material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 20mm thick (externally) in CM 1:4 in two layers each of 12mm and 8mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces including finished surfaces even and fair, using 3% WPC by wt of cement complete all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral waterproofing compound

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or un-decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over one coat of chalk whiting of walls including washing floors, etc.of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying one coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete M-15, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching of surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for laying old size sub class 'B' bricks, continuous brick edging; with width equal to the length of the brick; of whole bumt bricks, laid dry on edge vertically and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 as in drain or any situtation with out sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: For Items 1 to 26 :- The work is for maintaining the assets of the station & work lies in scattered manner. Demand for work may be placed throughout the period of contract. Work may be required to be carried out in part and patches at different locations. Contractor shall have no claim on this account.

Demolition of Cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforced cut to facilitate demolition complete including removing demolished material from work site outside MD land at any distance all as specified. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:1½:3), nominal mix, type A-1 (20 mm graded stone aggs) as in cover slabs of drain, man holes etc set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm & over dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks laid flat on sloped sides of drains or in any other situation , old size bricks jointed in CM (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) without any bedding surface and flush pointing including demolishing existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for flush pointing to brick tiles facing with tiles laid flat in stretcher course in CM 1:3 including raking out joints/ pointing to brick tiles, laid flat in floor, surface channel roof, etc built in Cement mortar all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel over 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (Note: rate only need to be quoted against this item which will be used to adjust the rate quoted against item above for drain of girth other than 30 cm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and taking out of silt/grass/ mud / foreign material etc. from open drain manually by or any other suitable means and including removing of material by mechanical equipment out side MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Measurement for payment shall be made as per size of equipment in which material removed.)
