Excavation in over area . exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth , for foundation etc or for shafts ,manholes, etc not exc 10.00 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface exc n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing suplus excavated material to a distance exceeding n.exc. 50 mr depositing where directed at a level n.exceed 1. 5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & labour for Plain Cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete over properly rammed and consolidated surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforcement cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforcement cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathring, slightly rounded or chambered angle and throating, necessary form work finishing all exposed faces of concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar in 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement & with using integral water proofing compound , complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar in 1:4 on concrete surfaces in contact with earth filling even and fair without using extra cement and with using integral water proofing compound , complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar in 1:3 on concrete surfaces other than in contact with earth filling even and smooth without using extra cement and with using integral water proofing compound , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified

Preparing surfaces of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bringing approved earth (soil for embankment and source to be approved by GE) from out side MOD land (under own arrangement by the contractor) and forming embankments as in earthen traverse including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base solid, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 19 here-in-before but addition of each additional 1.5 mtr depth or part thereof in height above first lift of 1.50 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing UPVC pipes as weep holes in walls 2.00 mtr centre to centre (spacing), in staggered manner 100 mm dia 500 mm long.

Supply and fixing 4mm dia galvanised steel wire 50mm x 50mm aperature mesh made up into mattresses or cages, lapped,wired to hold boulders and laid in position, including closing after filling.

Material and labour for hand packing broken stone or boulders (less than 150 mm thickness) at back of walls or over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level.

Material & labour for Plain Cement concrete Type E-2, 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete over properly rammed and consolidated surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour 50 mm thick cement concret type B-1, 1:2:4: (20 mm graded aggregate)as in hardstanding/ path laid in alternate panels including joints filling with bitumen mastic etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Plain Cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Add or deduct from item No. 23 above for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30 cm inner girth.
