Material and labour for providing 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1 : 6 for laying of floor tile all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid colour ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each the exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm of approved 1st quality in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white / coloured cement to match coloured tiles all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1 : 4 for laying of skirting/dado all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid colour ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm of approved 1st quality in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white / coloured cement to match coloured tiles all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Glazed Ceramic tiles coloured, of size 350 mm x 250 mm x 7 mm / 450mm X 300 mm X 7mm thick approved 1st quality as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dados and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/ coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 for receiving tiles in vertical surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors and aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, bedded over cement screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edge of stone slab one edge, such on in stop, cooking platform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from walls including scrapping and removing the entire scales of existing treatment complete all as directed.

Material and labour for applying wall care putty 3mm thick in surfaces of walls complete all as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer and preparation on wall surface all as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of exterior emulsion Paint over a coat of primer and preparation on wall surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing old surfaces and applying one coat of cement wash using Portland cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain framed paneled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panels of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board for others with commercial veneering on both faces and size of members of door shutters as per IS :1003(part I ) as specified in SSR part I section 3 clause 8.20 (a) fitted to chowkats, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix factory made kiln seasoned chemically treated 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/gauge etc., without sash bars but divided into two panels, with bottom panel fitted 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering, (half panel board & half wire mesh) wood additional stiles/rails edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with miterd beads for receiving glass, gauge etc, size of members of door shutters as specified in SSR part I section 3 Clause 8.20(a) fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note- wire cloth will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average with of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 100 mm size medium weight cold rolled mild steel butt hinges complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix 200 mm size Aluminium, anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix 150 mm size extruded aluminium door handles fabricated type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix aluminium alloy, anodized sliding door bolts 250 mm long with hasp and staple (bolt type) with fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolt and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy, ISI marked and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix mild steel helical door spring rat tail rod model including roller plate complete 300 mm long complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 140 mm long floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Second class hard wood plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/Rm including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1No) hinges type B-21 100mm long (2No) suitable handle (1No) complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Anodised aluminium window shutters, sliding type three track, two for fixing glass sections and one shutter with wire mesh aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/Rm including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as handles and locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Glass and Wire cloth will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fix 5.5mm thick plain sheet glass glazing any size with rubber packing where ever required complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Anodised aluminium grill any size 10 mm thick complete with frame or channel section including all necessary fittings complete all as specified.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 30 mm thick factory made PVC rigid frame panel door shutter made from MS tubular frame of gauge 19 x 19 mm style and 15 mm x 15 mm top and bottom rails MS frame to be covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 50mm x 30mm for stiles with 5mm thick PVC sheet (50 mm wide for top rail, 75 mm wide for lock rail and bottom rail on either side). Paneling of 5 mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame, sealed to the styles and rails with 25 mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with cement solvent adhesive complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 100 mm long stainless steel butt hinges for PVC door frame complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old sink and Supply and fix sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mmall as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix vitreous china ware wash hand basin 550mm x 400 mm size flat back or angle including new bracket and making good all connections in repairs complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 32mm Dia PVC waste pipe for sinks or wash basins etc,. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 32 mm dia bore waste fittings brass chromium plated fixed to wash hand basin/urinals with long screwed shanks and fly nuts flange and bedded in run lead cement and other end fixed complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Bib taps, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm dia and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Brass CP wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed in 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm bore angle valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 15 mm bore LDPE pipe 45cm long with brass nuts and washers on both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm bore Chromium plated shower roses with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square metre on old concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 40mm average thick PCC nominal mix 1:2:4 type B0 (12.50mm graded stone aggregate) for roof treatment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixing with WPC as per manufacturers instruction. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application and tucking if necessary of the parapet wall height more than 45cm by making horizontal groove on parapet wall size 6.5cm deep and 7.5cm wide section with its lower edge not less than 15cm above the graded roof surface and shall be finished smooth with CM 1:4 with WPC including cracks on roof all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome on new surfaces of any description complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) for ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on external surfaces/ manholes inside/ outside surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement using WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement all as specified directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item

Material and labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over ,cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement complete all as directed.

Disconnecting the electric supply, dismantling and taking down the SPN distribution board along with all inner components like MCBs/ Isolators of any capacity, reuse of DB in good condition along with all components and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix MCB distribution board double door type, SPN 8 way, 240 Volts sheet steel powder painted IP 43 protection with bus bar, neutral link & earth bar etc. for incoming MCB and outgoing MCBs complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old serviceable DB including serviceable MCB and rewiring of the DB with suitable size of flexible copper conductor cable single core all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB, 40 Amps SPN 9 KA rating complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix MCB, SP, 'C' curve, 6 - 32 Amps, 9 kA complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 2 x 6.0 Sqmm + 1 x 6.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through including taking down of old submain and including PVC Conduit and its all accessories of suitable size on wall/roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Three runs of 6.0 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length. Colour codes to be followed in submain wiring is red, black and green in colours for phase, neutral and earth conductors respectively.

Supply and fix wall mounted new E-Liter LED Triyca batten, extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver /09/10W LED 6500K (2ft) complete with all accessories including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete including taking down old U/s fittings all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Refixing the 20 watt and 10 watt LED fittings and fixtures the same after rewiring on the place with necessary wire all as specified and directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Supply and fix call bell ding dong AC, 230 V complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and shifting to AGE E/M store and Painting of ceiling fans complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc and writing MES No and Hanging in its original position and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix and installation, testing of storage water heater type (Geysers) 25 Ltr capacity, 1KW, five star rating, including pressure valve & electric supply connection with using inlet & outlet heavy duty connection for hot/cold water supply complete including grouting nut & bolts of 15 mm dia 100 mm long for hanging the geysers and plastering and finishing of plastered surface of wall as per existing finish of painting and testing complete. Supply and fix ceiling fan 1200mm sweep energy saving complete with out fan regulator 230 volts (single phase) and provisioning of flexible copper cord of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan for giving connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells, Model No ES -50 Premium or its equivalent in Crompton/ Bajaj/ Khaitan

Material and labour for replacement of GI Pipe Bracket made out of Galvanised Iron Tubing 40mm bore (dia), light grade, 1.50 Metre long bent to shape as per specified for fixing Security Light Fitting including suitable size of clamps and applying Two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of Aluminium Primer including taking down old unserviceable GI Pipe Bracket with clamps, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and removing existing earth plate complete all as specified and as directed.
