M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC tiles covered underground open type swimming pool (including areation tower) of сарасitу 800000 litre of size (25x12.5x25m) through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC GS/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65 Inoxi-60/ NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY Make Rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech satya enterprise 7 (seven) stages are as under plants complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks (c) Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5 Inchor-5/NB- 10 a Govt Laboratory certified branded halogen compound (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner (f) Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to stenize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/inox-60/NB-69

NOTES :- (i) COMPANY WILL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE OF TERBAC-G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXIi-60/NB-69, BEFORE CLEANING FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE AND ALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE (ii) OUTLET PIPE SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING TO AVOID ENTERING SCALS AND THE SAME SHALL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE TANK AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THE ROVISION (iii) STERILIZATION TEAM WILL BE COMPRISED OF AT LEAST 30% MEMBERS WHO ARE MINIMUM 03 MONTHS CERTIFICATE HOLDER IN WATER TANKS STERILIZATION (IV) CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS OCCURRED DURING CLEANING THE TANK IE NO WATER IN TANK/OVER FLOW DUE TO BROKEN OF FLOAT VALVE BLOCKAGE TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTED RATE NOTE:-(1)THE WORK SHALL BE CARRIED THROUGH SPECILIZED AGENCY RAYS CLEANTECH/ INUS WATERTECH/ SATYA ENTERPRISE (ii) Required T&P for cleaning, safety, scaffolding, etc. are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

All as per Serial item No. 1 here-in before but RCC balancing TANK of capacity 30000 GALLON, Open Type located at swimming pool.

Preparing internal Surfaces RCC balancing under ground TANK of capacity 30000 GALLON, Open Type located at swimming pool and applying one coat of black bituminous paint (suitable for drinking water) on intermal wall surfaces of tank, one coat of synthetic enamel paint on ladders, railing, etc., one coat of synthetic enamel paint on surfaces of mild steel staging, supports structure including ladder and letter writing by using white paint on black paint by showing CAPACITY, CLEANED ON, DUE ON on ordered location etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down and dismantling carefully centrifugal motor of 10/15 capacity and taking out the burnt/worn coils from the slots of stator and other accessories such as ball bearing, rotor, cleaning the stator slots and changing the defective items and rewinding the same with new supper enamelled copper winding with appropriate gauge, heating varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish and re-assembling the same and testing and comissioning complete al as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of air compressor assy by cleaning and painting the whole body including air tank, oiling, greasing, tightening of all nuts, bolts if required with minor repairing to compressor pump and electric motor including replacement of Spare Parts like V Belt/NRVs of any size pully if required of any type, etc. including replacement of old oil SAE-90 and oter spares complete all as specified and as directed

SS&F bimetal overload relay, relay range 20-32 Amps/ 28-42 Amps 415 volt 3 phase suitable for star delta starter in the LT Panel board with suitable size of copper wire including taking out unserviceable brunt relay complete all as directed and as specified.

S&F power contactor ML 2 type 415 volt 3 phase suitable for star delta starter in the LT panel board with suitable size of copper wire including taking out unserviceable brunt contactor including electrical connection complete all as as specified and as directed.

Supply only unslaked lime (Ca(OH)²) in poly bag container of 9 Kg of approved quality as directed by competent authority for better purification sedimentation process at above installations complete all as specifed and as directed

Supply only bleaching powder of approved quality as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only TCCA 90 granular for chlorination of water contains chlorine contents not less than 90% with water in proportionate way for maintaining adequate chlorine as directed by competent authonty for water disinfection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling against above items filtration media gravel of size 20mm to 40mm, consisting of hard, rounded stories with average specific gravity of not less than 25 and free from clay, sand, loam and organic impurities of any kind, conforming to IS 8419, Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted of oxidation chamber and one nos of filter plant of any description any shape and any size including pipeline and valve including three nos of motors at swimming pool by scrapping with mild steel wire brush and sand papering to remove all the loose paint, sludges, rust, etc and applying one coat of paint over a coat of red oxide primer including inlet and outlet pipe with arrow marking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m below ground level, connected to GI strip of size 25x4mm as earthing lead means of nut, bolts and washers, made out of copper/brass and 40mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including PCC pit in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC cover of size 450x450x50mm in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, galvanised iron wiremesh, funnel, galvanised iron watering pipe 20mm bore 'medium grade', including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil upto a distance of 50m all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion including taking down old existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep in soft/loose soll for taking out/laying CI/GI pipe line and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material exc. 50m away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up old GI pipe from trencehs/floor including connected fittings/accessories (defective gate valve/stop valves) etc. of any size complete of following sizes for cleaning/re-fixing /replacing with necessary fittings and valves, etc. complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:-
