All T & P has to be arranged by the contractor consumable material like pipe, fittings etc will be paid separately .( Note:- one number Plumber should be engage per day).

Providing services for attending day to day Carpenting related maintenance work in BSNL Telecom buildings, staff Quarters etc. at ARTTC Campus Ranchi by attending complaints such as repair of doors /window fittings etc as per direction of engineer-in-charge. All T&P has to be arrange by contractor consumable material like tower bolt, handle, sliding door bolt, stey, window fastener) will be paid separately . Carpenter/ Aluminium Mistry will be supplied whenever is requaired as intimated by JTO/SDE (Civil) in one day advance.

Providing services for attending day to day sweepering related maintenance work such as cleaning of manholes chambers, Cleaning of drains in BSNL Telecom buildings, staff Quarters etc. at ARTTC Campus Ranchi, as per direction of Engineer in Charge. All T & P and labours has to be arranged by contractor. (Consumable materials such as C. I. Manhole cover, pipes will be paid separately. Sweeper will be supplied whenever is requaired as intimated by JE/SDE in one day advance.

Providing services for attending day to day maintanance work for major complain as and when required as per the direction of Engineer - in Charge. All T&P has to be arrange by the Agency.

Providing services for attending day to day nature of general maintanance work in ARTTC Campus Ranchi like cleaning of campus by cutting grasses, bushes etc. and other misc. work as and when required and as directed by higher authority by engaging the Coolie / Bedar with in the ARTTC Campus, Ranchi.
