Lifting of the the submersible pump-motor from the sump before lifting of the top -cover and its nuts and bolts

Disconnection of HT power supply line and LT control line from the motor and soft starter and keep them safe position without any damage Dismantling all the related accessories of FCMA unit from the motor unit such as thermistor relay, temperature switch, vacumn bypass contactor 400amp., timer, bridge rectifier, filter capacitor, surge suppressor etc. and placed in a suitable working position

Removal of the impeller, mechanical seal and bearing housing and the bearing without damaging the same with special attachments and hydraulic puller

S & F of 6.6 KV grade H.T. glass copper leads with end finishing by 95 sq.mm. heavy duty dowells copper lug at STAR conn. Terminal leads including replacement of glass fibre terminal block and SS bolts etc.

Complete heat treatment and maintanance of rotor and stator. High pressure testing measurement of IR of winding resistance to be done as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Filling with graded specified oil in the oil chamber of the motor.

After completation all assembiling all connection will be fixed of HT and LT power supply line to the soft starter and motor

Supplying, fitting, fixing bolts with nuts, washer:20-25mm dia bolt length above 150 mm for top cover

Lower down the submersible pump and fixing up of the top cover with nuts and bolts and trial run should be done in presence of EIC.
