Item No.05 :-Providing and laying and rolling of built up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer and with key aggregates place on top of second layer to serve as a base conforming to the line grades and cross section specified the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm initial lead consider is 0.5 kms. R.A.- 5

Item No.06 :-Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggrgates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder with VTS laid over a previously prepared surface finished to the required grade level alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 75 mm compacted thickness with 3.4 % VG-30 bitumen using 80 TPH batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA sensor paver intelligent compactor with compaction analyzer and V-net attachment with stone dust filler. R.A.-6

Item No.07 :-Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminious binder @5.00 per cent by weight of total mix and filler transported to site with VTS laid over a previously prepared surface finished to the required grde,level,alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction VG-30. Bitumen excluding prime/tack coat.for bitumen VG-30 bulk using 80 TPH batck mix type hot mix plant with SCADA sensor paver intelligent compactor with compaction anlayzer and V-net attachement with stone dust filler. R.A. -7

Item No.08 :- Road marking with hot applied thermo plastic compound with reflectorising glass beeds on bituminous surface. Painting the road surface using approved quality thermo plastic material(homogeneously composed of aggregates pigment resign and glass reflectorising beeds) comforming to clause 803.4.2.2 applied hot either by screening or extension process at rate of 5 kg/sqm of painted surface using suitable machine capable of controlled prepartion and laying with surface appicators of glass beeds at 250 gms/sqm allowing cooling to ambient pavment temeprature, shall produce and adherent pavement marking of minimum specified thickness of 2.5 mm incluiding cost of all materials, labour,loading,unloading lead,lift transporting etc.complete R.A. - 8

Item No.09 :- Road studs and lense reflectors : providing and fixing of reflectors raised pavement marker(RPM's)/cat eyes/road studs conforming to ASTMD4280 type having refective pannels made of presmatic lense of total internal reflection the prismatic lense should be electronically fixed to the body made of poly carbonate mould with a height of 20 mm size of 130 mm x 105 mm and reflecting area of 13 sq.cm with a slope of retro reflective surface withen the limit of 35+ degree to the base on either side. the marker shall disply an initial minimum luminous intensity of 279 mod/lux at an entrance angle of zero degree an observation angle of 0.2 degree. the corrosponding values for 20 degree entrance and 0.2 degree observation angle shall be 112 mod/lux with colour multiplying factor on either cases for white yellow and red markers being 1.0.06 and 0.25 respectivel

Item No. 10 :- providing and fixing of retro reflectorised 900 mm octagon stop sign board made out of retro reflective sheeting of high intensity prismatic grade conforming to IRC-67 2012 & type IV standard of ASTM D4956-09 specifications fixed over 2 mm thick AL/4 mm thick ACP sheet supported with back support frame of 25x25x3 mm mild steel angle as approved. supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x 6 mm -2.7 mtr height firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M20 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing 7 years warranty for retro reflective sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturing and certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor stopboard of 90 cm octagon.
