Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 0.85 m x 1.05 m with consists of skin plate made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm steel channel (ISMC) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 100mmx100mmx10mm mild steel angle for required height up to 2.50 m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 1.80 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threated with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint.Erecting Shutter assembly by Durky post and Chain block. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is Excluding GST.

Providing and fixing weep holes of 110mm dia pvc pipes of working pressure 4kg/m2 to a required length for protection wall, abutment and wing wall including cost of conveyance of all materials to work site including cost of labour charges for 90cm spherical back fill arrangements with 110mm dia and 20mm size hard granite broken stone charges at the peripery, the labour charges for fixing and to drain the back fill etc., complete complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Light duty with hexagonal nut (Approximate 70 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer.The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.
