M&L for sheet metal enclosure or DB's when MCB's to be used Single pole neutral 8 way double door complete including taking old U/S DB with its MCB all as specified and as directed. Note: MCB will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Taking down existing energy meter and re-fixing all as directed by engr-in-charge

Taking down old U/S earth pit and M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, Earth plate shall be connected with double bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers, to & including 4 mm galvanized iron wire as earth lead, extended upto 7.5 m or upto test terminal point, drawn through 15mm dia med. gr. GI pipe for protection of galvanized iron wire in the ground, including excavation, earth work, Charcoal & Salt all as specified, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab, watering pipe 20mm dia bore med. grade, wire net, funnel etc. & testing on completion all as specified in plate No.3 of SSR Pt-I, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded , galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of the following sizes:-

(a) 50 Sq mm 3.5 core

(b) 35 Sq mm 3.5 core

(c) 16 Sq mm 2 core

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m in wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables / stay assembly / pipe lines and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean, fine, dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable / inside transformer yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install test and commissioning of 3 phase 4 wire 50 C/S, LT Feeder Pillar Box, Out door type mounted on PCC pedestal of suitable size with aluminium bus bar of 250 Amps capacity complete fabricated made out of MS sheet 3 mm thick with an angle iron of suitable size, two coat painting , PCC bed etc complete with S&F the following accessories:-

(a) MCCB 415V, FP, 3 phase, 100A 25 KA adjustable - 01 No(incoming)

(b) MCCB 415V, FP, 3 phase, 40 A , 16 KA – 03 Nos

(c) Spare terminals only for MCCB TP- 02 Nos (Without MCCB)

(d) Digital Timer switch 415V three phase of 20 Amp rating with suitable contactor - 01 Set

(e) LED Indicator lamp (RYB)- 01 Set

(f) Internal Power & control wiring with suitable PVC insulated copper wire.

Road cutting/hard standing for taking up of LT UG cable upto a depth of 15cm after taking up of cable making good the disturbed portion by, well ramming the excavated portion of road/hard standing as to match with the existing or by providing suitable mixture of PCC1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and as directed.

NOTE: a) GI Pipe for protection of earthing strip and earth strip beyond 7.5m or test point shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Taking up old U/S LT UG Cable of size upto 3.5 core 50 Sqmm and taking on credit all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Excavation will be measured and paid seperately

Disconnecting and removing old LT panel from its existing site and taking on credit all as specified and as directed
