Dismantling the existing Oil Type 250KVA Transformer from it's actual position (HT SS of Anamoy SS Hospital) by providing manpower, tools & tackles as necessary and removing the same incl. carriage within a lead of 30 mtr. (Anamoy SS Hospital) & placed as per direction of the EIC. (Shut Down will be provided as per availability of time provided by Anamoy SS Hospital Authority & WBSEDCL) This is including all kind of necessary arrangement as required.
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of IP-43,11KV/415V 1000 KVA Dry type transformer as per specification below: [ Make : ABB / Voltamp / Energy Pac / CGL /Universal ). Applicable Standard:- IS 11171-1985 with latest modification (if any) & CBIP Specification Rating:- 1000 KVA, 3 phase, 50Hz, Delta / Star Type:- Cast Resin type (CRT), three phase, copper wound, air cooled dry type. Voltage ratio:- 11000V / 415 Volt Links / Tappings:- Off circuit Links, tapping range +5% to -5% in steps of 2.5% Tap position configuration diagram shall be provided. Cooling:- Air Natural (AN) Painting:- As per IS 5 (Painted with synthetic enamel) Vector Group:- Dyn 11 Class os Insulationf:- Class F Temp. rise:- 90° C over ambient of 50°C
The core and coil assembly shall be securely fixed in position so that no shifting or deformation occurs during movement of transformer or under short circuit stresses. Transformer losses shall be guaranteed as below:- No load loss : 2.2 KW Full load loss : 9.5 KW Efficiency (Minimum):- a) At Unity PF (i) 98.82% at full load (ii) 98.98% at 75% load (iii) 99.08% at 50% load Maximum Efficiency:- 99.08% at 48.12% i.e. 480 KVA Transformer losses shall be guaranteed on maximum basis i.e. without any positive tolerance. If the actual losses exceeds guaranteed losses by more than 10%, the transformer will be rejected. The purchaser, at this direction, may send the equipment at CPRI/Govt. laboratories, to check the actual loss, if they so desire. If the measured loss under such testing at those laboratories exceed the guaranteed ones, all the test charges will have to be borne by the supplier.
Impedance:- 5% (Allowable tolerance as per IS) % Regulation:- a) At Unity PF (i) with full load : 1.07 (ii) with 75% load : 0.81 (iii) with 50% load : 0.54 b) At 0.8 PF Lagging (i) with full load : 3.77 (ii) with 75% load : 2.83 (iii) with 50% load : 1.88
Temperature Scanner:- Transformer will be provided with 3 RTDS for sensing winding temperatures alongwith temperature scanners for display of winding temperature and with Alarm / Trip contacts.
Testing : All Routine test as per relevent IS have to be conducted at manufacturers works in front of PWD Officials. The manufacturer should have in-house test facilities and should arrange for type tests i.e. impulse test & temperature rise tests on chargeable basis, if asked for.Terminal arrangement:- HV : cable box ;. LV : LV cable box assembly with copper flat & support insulator. Primay Side Termination : Cable Termination suitable for 3 core 300 sq.mm.11KV XLPE HT cable Secondary Side Termination : Upward rising Terminals for Cable Termination suitable for 1.1KV grade 2-RUN 3.5 core 300 sq.mm. XLPE/ Ar. Al. cable Heat Run Test also have to be conducted in front of PWD Officials at Manufacturer's premises.
The Transformer will be of Environmental Class E2 (Minimum), Climatic Class C2 as defined IEC 60076, Fire Behavior Class Fl as defined in IEC 60076-11. All the above i.e. Environmental Class, Climatic Class & Fire Behavior Class must be indicated in rating plate.
Enclosure : Sheet steel with protection, painting should be epoxy / as per latest standard with paint shade 631 of IS-5.Basic Insulation level for HV:- 75 KV pk, class of protection -IP-43
(Prior approval must be taken from Accepting Authority regarding the drawing / design, specification & point wise Compliance Report of the Transformer with BOM before starting of construction.)
Installation, Testing & commissioning of above11 KV/ 415 volt, 1000 KVA distribution transformer by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. S&F base channels etc.
Dismantling & withdrawn of one cable above 150 sqmm and upto 300 sqmm (11KV Gr & 1.1KV Gr., 3 Core 300 Sqmm) from existing covered masonry trench after cutting from HT Panel end and removing / dismantling the HT Connection / Termination etc. incl. taking out RC covers, after removing the sand.
Supplying of 11 KV graded 3 core 300 sqmm XLPE (UE) Al. Armoured cable (make :RR /KEI/Universal/ Polycab).
Laying of cable 11KV Gr 3 Core x 300 sqmm through existing open masonry trench. (F1/3b)
Supplying & making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit (Mk, Recam) complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size 3 Core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11KV grade as required. (Jointing to be done with DOE Certified Jointer)

Providing of rubber mat 2 mtrs Length x 1 m. wide and 12mm thick to withstand 11 KV dielectric strength as per IS 15652-2006.
Supply & Delivery 11KV Grade rubber/equivalent gloves(ISI marked)
Making testing arrangement, Drawing and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of VCB by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity. (The Agency shall have to provide Provisional Approval from DOE before commencement of work.) Finally charging & commissioning the entire system (Upto the level of stability of whole system. May be more than one time without any financial implication. Level of Stability will be under discrition of EIC). Seperate test report & Auto Cad generated drawing in details of entire installation should be provided by the Agency as per direction of EIC. Submission of a sub-station drawing (computer autocad generated & printed in A1 sheet in triplicate) showing HT & LT cable duct, single line power diagram, EI layout, Earthing system ( i.e. Equipment & neutral earthing) etc i.e. entire plan as per direction & satisfaction of EIC and as per requirement of DOE (Anamoy SSH, BMCH Sub station)
Emergency Panel : SITC of indoor type L.T. Panel Board with SFU as Incomer and SFU as outgoing feeders in a suitable transportable unit, ready for operation on being installed in a fixed position. The Panel board shall be Self-supporting, fully Compartmentalized, Incomming / Outgoing SFU Compartment Should be Seperate, floor mounted, indoor type, dust and vermin proof (IP42). Incoming and outgoing cable entry from bottom / top end at rear side / side cable alley. Gland plate (2 mm thick) should be two part detachable type. The switch board shall be fabricated from 1.6 mm thick (16 SWG) CRCA sheet and base channel will be 50mm x 25mm x 5mm (painted with Black Japan after derusting). The doors shall be removable type mounted on hinge with key locking arrangement for each compartment. Degree of protection of the board is IP42.
Painting : Panel should be properly degreased, derusted before phospheting. Alkalyed melamine epoxy based powder coated paint to be done by using 7 tank process with minium thickness of 70 micron avg. Shade will be Pebble Grey No. RAL 7032 both inside and outside. Continious GI Earth bus of size 40 x 5 mm to be provided at a hight of 100 mm from the bottom and brought outside of the panel of 50 mm. Depth of the panel : As per direction of EIC. C P R I - Type Test Report for the Panel Board (similar type from Manufacturer) for Three phase and Neutral short circuit withstand strength test on main circuit Bus Bars of HBB+VBB for 65 kA rms for 1.0 second with intial peak of 143 kA, 415V, AC, Bus Bar Ratting Max. 2400A, to be furnished.
Termination : Incoming cable termination Bus should be suitable for termination of requisite nos. Ar/Al XLPE/PVC cables. Outgoing feeder terminals should be as per rating.
System Voltage : 415V, 50Hz, RYBN. Control wiring cable size : 1.5 sqmm PVC FR Cu multistrand flexible wire with proper socketing with PVC sleeve & identification ferruling. CT Secondary wiring to be done with 2.5 sqmm PVC FR Cu multistrand flexible wire.(make :RR /KEI/Universal/ Polycab).
INCOMING :: a) 415V, 415 A, TPN open execution type Change over, SDFU with propet HRC fuse -- 1no.
BUSBAR :: Bus Bar Materials : Electrolytic Gr Copper Bar , 90% & above pure in nature (Certificate from Mfg. with challan to be submitted), semi soft, tinned electroplated with heat srinkable PVC sleeve. Size of Bus Bar : Suitable as per current ratting of switch. SIZE AND LENGTH OF MAIN BUS BAR AS WELL AS FEEDER CONNECTION BUS BAR AS PER DIRECTION OF EIC. 5.6 Gr Stainless Steel Bolt to be provided for Bus Bar Connection. Bus Bar Support Material : FRP (thickness minimum 10 mm for main bus) Acralyic Sheet / Backelite guard to be provided in front.

Finishing the cable ends by crimping method incl. S&F aluminium socket, insulating tape and jointing materials etc. as required suitable for single core 120 sq. mm. aluminium wire.

Minor Civil Work ::
Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site & removing rubbish as directed by EIC within a lead of 75 Mtr. (upto 150 mm thick)
Ordinary cement concrete (mix. 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm size) excluding shuttering & reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS code (Pakur variety)
250 mm thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement morter (1:4) in ground floor.
Plastering of surface upto 20 mm thick by cement morter (1:4) in ground floor.
Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall - do - - do - window, sillis, floor, drain etc.
Preparation & submission of a substation drawing of the entire sub-station building (by AUTO-CAD) showing HT & LT cable ducts, Single line power diagram, EI layout, Earthing system (i.e. equipment and neutral earthing) etc. with elevation & plan as per requirements of DOE. All allied drawing, flowchart, bar chart, Single Line Diagram are also included. (in seven sets)
