Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing) and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing screed bed or bedding layer, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, rendering, 10 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, on wall surafaces, as backing coat to tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, Non skid ceramic coloured plain tiles,300 x 300 x 7mm thick, conforming to Group B-IIA of IS-13712, first quality, laid in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, Glazed ceramic tiles, 300 x 450 x 7mm thick, glossy finish, conforming to Group B-III of IS-13712, first quality, of approved colour, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for, Viritified Ceramic tiles, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for, Viritified Ceramic tiles, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sq.m, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, rendering 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, rendering 5 mm thick on RCC ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.
