Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of centrifuge Machine basket type for sludge drying suitable for upto 300KLD STP with following specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge: Drum size: 600mmx800mm, Motor Capacity: not less than 2HP Motor RPM: 1440, Basket Size: 500mm x 700mm MOC for Basket: SS of thickness 3-5mm MOC of Outer Body: MSEP of thickness of 6-8mm Sludge Handling Capacity: Not less than 40Kg per Batch Note: 1) DOL Starter suitable for motor with relay range not less than 9-14Amps is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2) PCC Foundation for apparatus required at site as per OEM direction is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 3) Suitable cover shed made of MS sheet to cover apparatus is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 4) Angle iron required at site for cover shed of any size & quantity is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 5) Flanges of any size required for fixing suction & delivery pipe line including nut bolts washers & packing or any other fitting fixture is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 6) Any type of civil work required at site including making hole in concrete wall, foundation, brickwork drain water connection and Contractor has to give 2 nos extra sludge bag as per OEM specification to department, cost of same is deemed to be included in quoted rate. 8) Warranty/Guarantee of each part of apparatus for 2 years has to be provided by contractor & repair to be done by OEM, including rewinding of motor & starter complaint.

Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of non clogging, self-priming mono block sewage pump set of capacity not less than 2HP, 3 phase with discharge capacity of 6.81 cum per hour, head range 10-12mtr, solid handling size of 10.5mm CI impeller, B" –Class Insulation, IP-44, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (1) Foundation of pump (150mm height), CI Foot valve & DOL starter of suitable for pump set is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (2) Suitable cover shed made of MS sheet is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (3) Angle iron required at site for cover shed is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (4) Flanges of any size required for fixing suction & delivery pipe line including nut bolts washers & packing or any other fitting fixture is deemed to be included in quoted rates. S&F of UPVC pipe of any size as per OEM direction suitable for 10kg/cmsq pressure for fixing above installations complete all as per OEM requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: UPVC ball valve/ butterfly valve/ Foot Valve or any other UPVC fitting like tee, socket, union, reducer, elbow etc of any size & length as per OEM is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of twin lobe air blower positive displacement type made of cast iron and SG iron, foot mounted, air cooled type having low maintenance, low noise, standard design of 250cum per hour, 1440rpm, 0-1 kg/cm2 pressure suitable for 300KLD STP plant in replacement of existing Blower including taking out old blower along with connected fittings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1) Air Filter & silencer, Pressure gauge, Safety valve any type, air release valve of any type, Pulley wheel as per existing, V belt-3 nos, Gear oil as per OEM and any type of welding, MS fitting, or any alteration required at site including civil work is deemed to be included in quoted rate. 2) Contractor has to deposit old blower to MES store. 3) Warranty/Guarantee of each part of apparatus for 2 years has to be provided by contractor & repair to be done by OEM including starter complaint.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 6 Sqmm 3 core, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of CI Butterfly valve 80 mm dia with lever operated CI Disc Nitrile/EPDM Rubber Lining test pressure PN-1.0 and ms nut bolt and washers and pair of rubber/fibers required for the work will be supplied by contractor for fixing in position complete including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of Disc type single plate check valve, SG Disc (NRV) of size 80 mm dia with all fitting and accessories including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F prewired sheet metal enclosed three phase DOL starter suitable for induction motor of capacity 10 HP, thermal overload relay range15-25 Amp, Volt meter & Ammeter, single phase preventer and phase & On Off indication light complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Ball valves of size 20mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of galvanised steel water tubing medium grade on wall/ floor with all GI fittings like tee, socket, reducer, elbows connections as required at site of size 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L of Cement concrete of 1:3:6, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of Air diffuser tube for coarse bubble with EPDM body, SS Clamp, Diameter of 90mmx1000cm having pore size less than 2 micron, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: SS clamp of any size & qty required at site is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for welding of MS pipe upto 100m dia as per site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting of 80mm MS pipe and taking branch for compressed air for Sludge tank with 25mm GI pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, Fan, Socket or power) fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc complete removing material to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for concealed point wiring with single core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal area drawn through & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit (circular/flat pvc conduit), medium duty not less than 20 mm dia concealed in wall/fixed with all fittings including tees, junction boxes, modular GI gang box & provision for modular box and modular cover of suitable size for mounting modular switches, sockets & regulators & drawing through continuous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with copper conductor solid conductor of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F in replacement of MCB SP 6-32 Amps, 10 KA 230 Volts, 50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of MCB SPN 32 Amps, 10 KA 230 Volts, 50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F sub main wiring with unsheathed multi-stranded FR Grade copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including PVC rigid conduit medium grade of not less than 25mm dia with conduit accessories and concealed in wall/surface of ceiling for two runs of 4 Sqmm single core HR Grade and one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity wire between main DB to Sub main DB/ Geyser/ AC plug points complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit and accessories will be measured as one length including cutting chasing in wall complete. (ii) Rates are deemed to be included for chases of conduit and sunking for boxes cutting and making holes in wall/floor for passing in or through conduit.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
