RequiredBidder/Contractor to qualify for award of this contract must attach Turnover Certificate certified by CA of last five years i.e.. 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 2024-25 2025-26 not less than estimate cost in any two of last five years with UDIN number

RequiredBidder/Contractor to qualify for award of this contract must attach similar nature of work done certificate indicating the Indent number and bill amount, and which should be certified from the competent authority not less than rank of Executive Engineer, satisfactorily completed at least 50 percentage of the contract value, as prime contractor that is 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 2024-25 2025-26

RequiredBidder/Contractor must attach GST Certificate

RequiredBidder/Contractor must attach Liquid Assets /or availability of credit facilities of not less than 30 percentage of the amount put to tender Credit Lines/ Letter of Credit/ Certificates from bank

RequiredBidder/Contractor must attach all other required documents as per KW-1

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
