16 mm thick cement plaster in c.m (1:6) over brick or stone masonary including cost conveyance royalty of all materials etc complete.

C.C. (1:2:4) 12 mm size chips with cost, conveyance and taxes etc. complete.

Providing fitting & fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised T Section No. 3215 with 2'-0" center to center, L section No. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" with prelaminated particle board suspended from ceiling etc complte as per the direction of the EIC.etc complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing Weather coat paint of approved shade on old work one coats to give an even shade including cost of all materials etc. complete.

Distempering one coat to walls with distemper of approved said on old work to give an even said including cost of distemper etc. complete.

Painting two coats over a cost of primer on new wood/iron work with any approved enamel paint including cost of all materials etc. complete.
