Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres:

Providing and lying in position a layer of cement conc. in 1:4:8 mix with 40mm aggregate.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 cement:3 fine sand:6 graded crushed stone aggregates 20mm size excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- all works upto plinth level. including all carriages (complete)

Cetring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of the formwork .

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

15mm thick plaster to outer surface of wall in.1cement : 6 fine sand )mix

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, with galvanizd barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum),between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc.complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per meter cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved red oxide Zinc Chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Measurable quantitiesmay vary at the time of actual execution of the work and shall be allowed as per actual with in the estimated cost.
