REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF WATER PROOFING TREATMENT IN MD JCOs ORs ACCN UNDER AGE BRII AREA AT NASIRABAD

Taking down existing unserviceable treatment of any description including cement plaster/cement concrete of any thickness from roof surface cleaning of roof surfaces and preparing it for further treatment and removing rubbish from the site up to 50mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screeding 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on fair faces of RCC roof surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement even complete all as spescified and directed(WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M & L for five layered roof treatment with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 2mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3 Kg/ Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen Grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS- 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/ Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick (average consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid in slope as in padding, finished even and smooth on existing slope including provision of 'V' shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm deep at 0.6metre interval or parts thereof, both ways on top of PCC padding and filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) proportion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggreage) as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing tank of capacity 500 litre, keeping aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting it required, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6.00 here-in-before but 1000 litre capacity

Dismantling existing unserviceable, PVC / RCC water tank of capacity n.exc 500 litre each & removing from site and S & F for rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks of 500 Ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted, double layer, ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8.00 here-in-before but 1000 litre capacity

S&F in repair 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab in roofs, suspended floors, chhajja, landing etc any thickness, jointed in any mortar complete all as specified &directed.

M&L 50mm thick sand stone slabs in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc n.exc 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 over 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggreage) complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No 12.00 here in before but except stone slab. NOTE: Old serviceable sand stone slab retrieved vide Sl Item no 11.00 shall be reused.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15mm bore keeping aside for reuse or removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 14.00 here-in-before but 20mm dia

Supply and fix mild steel water tubing 15 mm dia galvanised medium grade including all fittings (such as bends, tees, short pieces connectors, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc) and fixed to walls/ceilings/ laid on floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for refixing only 15mm bore old GI tubing to walls, ceiling or laid on floor including necessary cleanig, cutting, screwing and new fittings such as elbow, Tee, union, socket, reducer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 20mm bore gun metal glove valve and S&F 20mm bore gun metal gate valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 25mm bore gun metal glove valve and S&F 25mm bore gun metal gate valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No 26.00 here in before but except stone. NOTE: Old serviceable stones retrieved vide Sl Item no 25.00 shall be reused.

M & L for brick work of fly ash bricks of old size built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work of fly ash bricks of old size built in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half thick brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping bed block etc including weathering slightly, rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on stone/brick wall, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on stone masonary surfaces of wall finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry external surfaces of wall finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on ceiling surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering15mm thick rough cast plaster on stone masnory surface as in CM 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

Racking out joints / pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to course built in cement mortar & M & L for raised pointing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose / disintegrated portion of RCC chajjas bends shelves, beams balconies and similar work at any position or any height and dubbing out with PCC (1:1.5:3), 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including applying anti corrosive paint on exposed surface of reinforcement, provision of necessary supports, form work and 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound (washable) distemper complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth (Withou using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply of WPC will be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 100mm dia AC rain water pipe (any size or pattern) including all fitting, heads, shoes, bends and removing from site complete (measured over all as fixed along the centre line over the fittings and accessories) complete all as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stack clamp out of 50mm by 3mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays fixed to pipe of bore 100mm complete all as specifed and directed.
