Providing and fixing of prefabricated (frangible hut) of size 8000 mm x 5000 mm (Outer to Outer) and 3000 mm height of the wall and 3500 mm at the centre. It is made of 50 mm thick sandwitch panel made of 2 mm thick FRP/GRP sheet at the outer sides and middle part consists of PPE honeycombed based or fibre reinforced PUF based Low Smoke Fire retardant foam of density 40kg/m3 which has to be installed in to the operational area. Provision of one no of partition wall with partially glass door of size 1000 mm(w) x 2000 mm( h) & locking arrangement and provision of one no door of size 1000 mm(w) x 2000 mm (h) with locking facility, provision of necessary holes for electrical cables, A.C, CNS cables etc. The cost of the hut is inclusive of design, vetting of design by Govt. Engg. College/NIT/IIT, fabrication, transportation and commissioning of the hut at the proposed site over cement concrete platform (Cement Concrete platform shall be paid separately). The exterior of the hut shall be provided with design of white and red squares (2 feet x 2 feet) and as per direction of E-I-C. All complete as per attached drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

College/NIT/IIT, fabrication, transportation and commissioning of the hut at the proposed site over cement concrete platform (Cement Concrete platform shall be paid separately). The exterior of the hut shall be provided with design of white and red squares (2 feet x 2 feet) and as per direction of E-I-C. All complete as per attached drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Achor Bolt of size M 16 mm with RE 500V4 chemical having minimum anchor depth of 250mm, complete s per direction of Engineer In Charge. Rates shall includes all components such as making of holes in existing floor, cleaning holes with blowers, providing and fixing of bolts, injecting chemicals with HILTI machine and finishing all complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge. Bolts shall be provided by AAI and bolts shall be installed only after checking and verification in a location by Engineer In Charge.

Construction of embankment with Moorum/ available graded materials of approved quarry obtained from outside sources to be arranged by Contractor with all lifts and leads transporting to site, spreading, laying in layers of 20cm finished depth, breaking clods/ over size material, removal of stumps/roots and the like, watering, grading/levelling each layer with dozers/grader and rolling and compacting every layer with vibratory roller/ earth compactor of minimum 8-12 tonnes capacity and dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as per technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :"Please note that the item includes transportation with all leads and lifts, paying of royalty, any other State Tax, obtaining necessary clearance from concerned authorities, all statutory approval etc complete. Nothing extra will be paid for any additional lead, due to shifting of sources. Payment to be made for compacted quantity only"
