M&L for applying 2mm thick wall care putty (in two layers) on old cleaned surfaces of walls, soffits of chajja, roof slab etc, for smooth finish and finishing with two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of suitable exterior primer of approved make using airless spray technology capable of operating single spray gun with hose of adequate length for upto 4 storey building height including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated/painted surfaces of walls and soffit of chajja, roof slab etc., by cleaning, brooming, rubbing and scrapping as required using broom, emery paper, putty blade/scraper as applicable to make the surface free from loose paint, algae formation, dust etc including necessary safety & protective measures such as safety belt, headgear etc including filling cracks upto 5mm with and including suitable elastomeric crackfill paste and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint of approved make using airless spray technology capable of operating single spray gun with hose of adequate length and necessary scaffolding for upto 4 storey building height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by cleaning, brooming, rubbing and scrapping as required using broom, emery paper, putty blade/scraper as applicable to make the surface free from protrutions, loose particles, dust etc including necessary safety & protective measures such as safety belt, headgear etc, finishing the surface with 1.00 mm thick wall putty for smooth finish and finishing with two coats of acrylic distemper, finished with rollers over a coat of alkali resistant primer and necessary scaffolding for any building height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for uprooting of plants or vegetation growth from wall up to roof level, applying two coats of tartaric acid and repair to broken/chipped off plastered surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and sealed with 85/25 grade hot blown bitumen in patch not exc 2.0 sqm and removal of debris outside MOD land and disposed off complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in charge.

M&L for repairing of damaged portion of mouth at terrace/roof surface of rain water pipe by cleaning and repairing of mouth of RWP by using cement mortar (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound and sealed with 85/25 grade hot blown bitumen to mke joint of rain water pipe and roof surface fully leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair circulator/ ventilator wind driven turbine with FRP base of size 32" x 24" to match roof sheet with polyster resin powder caoted, top of ventilator made out from aluminium with integrated and reinforced main bearing housing the shaft of stainless steel and varpitch from aluminium, rotation bearing will be twin ZZ ball bearing encased in single integrated bearing housing etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make : SVS, Model : Hurricane 600 or equivalent model in Shirjee/ Golden Engineers/ Airier)

S&F Suspended metal grid Ceiling System with mineral fibre acoustic tiles as per following specifications:- a) Ceiling Tiles:- Mineral fibre acoustic tile of 16mm thickness having sand textured finish with acoustical punchers, bevelled tegular edge and 8mm drop in module size of 600 x 600mm. Tiles shall have humidity reistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.50 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 standard, CAC of 33db as per ASTM E1414, Light Reflectance ≥85% as per ASTM E-1477, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 W/mK, Colour Global White, Fire Performance of class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6/7 and Class A as per ASTM E84.

b) Metal Grid:- The grid system shall be 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour global white (matching to tile color) having roll formed double stroke rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm (all sections). The deflection loading of the system shall be 12.5 kg/m2 (as per standard installation layout mentioned below) and main beam tested as per ASTM C635 (Deflection limit less than L/360) with a deflection loading of 15kg/m. The end details of the cross tee shall be made of pre hardened steel and fixed to the ends of the cross tee to provide double locking between “cross tee to cross tee” and “cross tee to main beam”. All main beam to main beam and cross tee to cross tee connection shall have a pull out strength of more than 100kg. The T Sections shall be made of hot dipped galvanized steel of 90 gsm as per IS 277 (2003) and pre-painted steel with baked polyester paint with 0T bending capability. The ceiling grid sections shall be fixed to ceiling with 6 mm dia GI hangers upto required length by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40 mm long.
