| 1. Pipeline Extension 1.1 Gas-cut the fasteners of the flanged joints and dismantle the 150 NB pipeline connections, including the gate valves, strainers/filters, and the filling pump installed in the filling line (from the mother tank to the quench tank) and the draining line (from the quench tank to the mother tank). Carefully disconnect all flanged joints without causing damage to the reusable pipelines, valves, fittings, or equipment, and remove the components for shifting or reinstallation as required.-1 Set1.2 Shift the 150 NB pipeline sections, including flanges, bends, gate valves, filters, and all associated fittings, from the storage area to the designated work location.-1 Set1.3 Extend and connect the inlet and outlet pipelines to the mother tank at the new location using 150 NB pipelines (Approx. Qty: 160 m). Position the pipelines for both the filling line (from the mother tank to the quench tank) and the draining line (from the quench tank to the mother tank), incorporating the required flanges, elbows/bends, and fittings to maintain proper alignment and flow direction. Carry out temporary tack welding to hold the pipeline in position while ensuring the required gradient is maintained to facilitate smooth flow and prevent air locking or back pressure. After verifying the alignment, straightness, and fit-up of the entire pipeline, complete the joints by carrying out multiple-pass fillet welding. Provide suitable pipe supports and anchors at regular intervals to prevent sagging, vibration, and displacement during operation. Install and connect the gate valves, strainers/filters, and pumps, ensuring correct orientation of all valves for ease of operation and maintenance. Use suitable gaskets at all flanged joints to ensure leak-proof sealing. Upon completion of the installation, conduct a thorough inspection and leak test of the pipeline system. Rectify any leakage or defects by re-welding, replacing defective gaskets, or renewing damaged pipeline sections as required.-1 Set2. Servicing of Quench Mother Tank2.1 Shift the 12 mm plates to the work site and cut them to the required sizes for fabrication of the support legs. Fabricate/rebuild the six support legs using the 12 mm plates. Position the newly fabricated support legs at the designated location. Gas-cut and remove the damaged/corroded support legs of the mother tank (Qty: 6 Nos.). After positioning the mother tank on the new support legs, carry out multiple-pass fillet welding to securely join the tank to the support legs.-1 Set2.2 After positioning and grouting the support structure for the mother tank, cut open the top side of the tank to provide one additional flange opening for fitment. Thoroughly clean the inside of the tank to remove scales, debris, and any other foreign materials. Clean and prepare both the internal and external surfaces of the tank for painting.- 1 Set2.3 After thorough cleaning and scale removal inspect the tank walls for corrosion and any material damages. If any repair the damaged portion by using 6mm MS plate and weld thoroughly.-1 Set2.4 Paint the inner and outer surfaces of the Mother Tank with two coats of approved primer followed by two coats of approved paint, complete in all respects, including finishing.-1 Set2.5 Remove all the debris/released items from the vicinity of the machine, clean the entire area, dispose the debris/released items to the nominated of place- 1 Set3.
