Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of silent, Diesel engine driven factory assembled, generating set of capacity 200 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM complete with and including Engine and alternator mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with and including AVM pads, Acoustic enclosure, relay panel for automatic starting on main failure safety control and metering equipments mounted on and including common base frame and installed on PCC/RCC foundation including necessary formwork as recommended by manufacturer and approved by GE and suitable for ambient conditions at Pune, environmental eco-friendly as per CPCB norms including provision of the following complete all as specified and directed:- Note:-(i) Material and labour for Earth work for PCC/RCC Foundation (as per drawing ) for installation of DG Set at site is included in quoted rates Prime Mover : Directly coupled diesel engine electric start, water cooled suitably de-rated of matching BHP for driving 200 KVA capacity, alternator, four stroke confirming to latest IS-10000 Pt-II (1980) for continuous running and capable of taking 10% over load for 1 hour complete with following accessories:- (i) Make of DG Set in line four stroke radiator cooled full authority electronic engine KIRLOSKAR OIL ENGINE LTD (KOEL i GREEN), CUMMINS, CATER PILLAR. (ii) Well designed air handling system with and including dry type replaceabele paper element air cleaner with and including restriction indicator Air to air after cooler. (iii) Best in class fuel economy with Bosch HPCR fuel system with A1 Class electronic governing, dual fuel filter system, pre filter including water separator and water in fuel (iv) Standard integral set mounted radiator system designed and tested for 50 degree centigrade ambient temperature (v) Flexible coupling with guards. (vi) Lubricating oil filter.

(vii) Anti-vibration pad as recommended by manufacturers (viii) Electrical Starter motor with soft start engagement feature (ix) Necessary arrangement for battery charging system. (x) 2 x 12 Volts DC Battaries of suitable AH capacity. (xi) Standard safety devices. (xii) First fill of lube oil, coolant, fuel for 12 hours testing purpose (xiii) Plate type Lube oil cooler (xiv) Full flow spin on Lube oil filter (xv) Fuel tank for full running capacity of DG Set for minimum 08 hours enclosed with in the canopy all as per CPCB with and including level indicator inlet, fuel outlet drain plug, air vent and locking arrangements etc including fuel pipe connections from fuel tank to DG Set and over flow from the DG Set to fuel tank complete with and including valves. (xvi) Indicating digital type multi functioning microprocessor control panel for reading pressure, temperature, rpm, trip indicators etc (a) Starting switch with key - 1 No. (b) Battery voltmeter (c) Indicator lamp etc. (d) Safety divices (e) Low lubricant oil pressure trip (f) Engine over speed trip (g) Battery charging alternator failure (h) Emergency stop press button. (j) High temperature cooling water trip. (k) Digital electronic governing (l) Hospital grade silencer suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB

Alternator : 200 KVA at 0.8 power factor, self regulated 3 phase with neutral 415 volts 50 Hz 1500 RPM as per IS-4722 complete with and including automatic voltage regulator and floor mounted including making cable connection. Make of Alternater CATERPILLAR / KIRLOSKAR OIL ENGINE LTD (KOEL i GREEN), Cummins. The sailent features of alternator are as under :- (i) Brushless type, Screen protected, Revolving field, self excited alternator confirming to IS/IEC 60034-1 (ii) Three phase reconnectable winding with 12 Terminals brought out for connection. (iii) Better motor starting capability (iv) Best in class efficiency (v) Permanently lubricating bearing, Campact design with and including sealed bearings for longer life and lesser maintenance. (vi) Impregnation on all wound components for better mechanical strength (vii) Voltage regulation under static condition +/- 1.0% (viii) Class H insulation. (ix) Capable to take 10% over load for one hour (x) Control Panel: - Totally enclosed sheet metal control panel, for alternator and engine is manufacture with and including 14/16 gauge CRCA Sheet and is powder coated for weather proof and lasting finish. The control panel consists of the following parts:- (a) Power command 1.1 controller (b) Aluminum Bus bars with suitable capacity with and including incoming out going terminals. (c) Indicating lamps for 'Load ON' and 'Set Running' (d) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. (e) MCCB of suitable rating with over load and short circuit protections. Acoustic Enclousure: - (a) Specially designed to meet stringent MoEF/ CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 Meter at 75 % Load under free field conditions (b) The acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA sheet in munsel green shade and structural / sheet metal base frame in black (c) High quality noise absorbant and free retardant grade acoustic insulation material (PU Foam) Complying to IS 8183 (d) Two point lifting for easy handling at site (e) Desighed to have optimum serviceability. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of AMF Panel for 200 KVA DG Set, out door cubical type as per IE/CPRI rules with IP-54 protection, dust and vermin proof, compartmentalised, made of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, fixed on MS angle iron frame of 50 mm x 50 mmx 6 mm thick of required type for supporting double door both sides open type with and including necessary locking arrangement with and including slope roof on top duly painted with and including two coats of powder coated sense grey paint with seven tank process complete and having separate doors inside for accommodating all incoming/out going cables and other relevant standards mounted on and including provision of necessary plinth in PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation and PCC pillars including necessary formwork with suitable size of nut, bolts and washers grouted as required at site and as per manufacturer's instructions including provision of the following items complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Drawing of LT Panel board and connections shall be got approved by GE before manufacture of panel board.

Supply and fix in replacement, connect, test and commissioning of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following sizes including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings/walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge for the size 3.5 core 150 sqmm. Make:- Gloster / KEI / Havells Notes : (i) Excavation, sand cushioning, brick will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of jointing material e.g. lugs, thimbles, nut bolt and washers shall include in quoted rates.

Supply and fix in replacement, connect, test and commissioning of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following sizes including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings/walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge for the 3.5 core 95 sqmm. Make:- Gloster / KEI / Havells Notes : (i) Excavation, sand cushioning, brick will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of jointing material e.g. lugs, thimbles, nut bolt and washers shall include in quoted rates.

Material and labour for earthing complete with glavanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground leves) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 metre deep below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32mm x 6 mm by means of nut , bolt, check nut and washer of galvanised iron or of steel, earth lead protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade watering pipe 20mm dia GI light grade GI wire meshed funnel alternate layer of charcoal and salt, PCC in chamber type C1 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including RCC cover 40mm thick type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 100mm centre to centre both ways including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre all as specified and as shown on plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I 2009 complete including testing on completion complete all as speciified and as directed.

Material and labour for earth contunity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on recessed or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing as required 32mm x 6 mm size galvanised strip complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for taking out/laying of under ground cable and getting out in complete all as specified and directed. (a) Soft /loose soil

(b) Hard/ dense soil

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dry crushed stone dust/ sand filling in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable cushioning including spreading leveling and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and lay in trenches Modular Brick tiles; common burnt clay building bricks sub-class ‘B’ Designation 75 for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for GI tube light grade with all fittings, complete, fixed to walls, pole ceiling or laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed for the following size of pipe Make:- Jindal / Swastic / TATA / Zenith NOTE :-(Excavation and earth work where required shall be measured separately. Supply, install, connect, test and commissioning factory made LT Pannel, CPRI Approved, dust/vermin, weather proof self ventilated, with front and rear opening, hinged door for front and rear and cubicle doors with MS angle iron frame 50mm x 50mm x 5mm for base support, 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, LT panel board, (LT KIOSK), out door, cubicle type, floor mounted, double door with neoprene gasket and locking arrangement including painting with powder coated on steel surfaces internally and externally and provision of two Nos earth terminals on both sides , cable glands and PCC foundation with PCC 1 : 2 : 4, type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of suitable size to accommodate and including complete all as specified and directed with the following accessories. Material and labour for walling of random rubble, well bounded, bedded and solidely hearted uncoursed stone masonary built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing or face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20 mm in granite or trap stone complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:3)complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete in string, lacing courses and copings etc, rounded or chamfered on edges type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate,as in fencing post etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of size 50mm X 50mm X 3.15mm dia weight per sqm not exceeding 4 kg all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100 mm, of broken stone or boulder deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B -1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' thickness of slab 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
