Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :

Kota stone slab 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm ( average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete.

15 mm Cement plaster on walls of mix: 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including all carriage/head-load.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Welded)

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2)

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.( 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2)

Pebble dash plaster upto 10m height above ground level with a mixture of washed pebble or crushed stone 6mm to 12.5mm nominal size dashed over and including fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand) and top layer 10mm cement plaster withc cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement. Including all carriages and head-load.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (2 mm thick)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): (First class deodar wood)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Note:-Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately). ( First Class deodar wood) ( 35 mm thick)

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :( (First class kail wood)(30 mm thick)

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick. (Second Class deodar wood.)

P/F 5.0 mm thick glass pane with wooden fillets etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.( Two or more coats on new work)

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete ,including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

P/L stone dust including compacting of same in layers etc. (as backfill) including cost of carriage upto the site of work.
