REPAIR LIGHTNING CONDUCTOR PROTECTOR AND CERTAIN WORKS AT TECH AREA AF STN UTARLAI

M&L Checking of Earth Resistance of Chemical / conventional Earthing to maintaining the Register here-in-after (approximate 750 Nos location) all as directed by engineer incharge NOTE :- (a) Contractor will Check Earth Resistance of earthing Every Day(Minimum 25 Nos of earthing per day) and will be recorded in Register, and signature by user and register will be put up to the Engineer-in-Charge on the every Next Day. (b) Earth Resistance Tester will be provided by the Contractor. (Tester should be caliberated from Authorised Company). (c) Contractor will be responsible for pouring of water in the Earth Pits at his own arrangement with Water Tanker, etc.However, only Water will be provided by the Department. (d) Checking of Earth Pits existing and improve it by watering/adding a layer of Salt/ Magnesium Sulphate/Charcoal, etc till desired value. (e) Contractor will be responsible for marking of Earth Check date and due date on existing Plate with paint as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Repairing Damaged Earth Pit/Chamber in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-I 20 mm grade stone aggrigate as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including providing Pre-cast Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 of 350x350x50mm in size and cleaning the surrounding of Earth Pit Cover and pouring Salt Water to improve the resistace and measuring and recording the same in presence of user / Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L repairs Pre-cast cement Cover in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1of size 350x350x50mm, reinforced both ways, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L repairs Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ) type B1provided Around Earthing Pit as per existing size of PCC with fair finished Concrete Surfaces including necessary Formwork and Earth Work as required/ordered at Site including dismantling PCC, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Checking of any breaking in the Link of Earth Strip/Wire of Galvanised/ Copper/Aluminium any size and jointing them by or Brazing by using of nuts and bolts , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Taking out loose/displaced Serviceable Aluminium Strip/ GI Strip of any size and any description with complete all as specified and as directed. .

Fixing only aluminium strip 25x3mm with new saddles screws etc for roof conductor /down conductor upto test point above ground level by the serviceable strip obtain from above item No. 06 complete all as directed .NOTE : All Joints should be joined by Brazing / by using of nuts and bolts

Fixing only GI strip 32x6 mm upto test point above ground level serviceable strip with the brazing at the joint complete all as directed . NOTE : All Joints should be joined by Brazing / by using of nuts and bolts

S&F repairs Aluminium Strip 25 x3 mm with Saddles and fixing Screws for Roof/ Earth Conductors and Down Conductors above Ground all Joints should be connected by Exothermic Welding or Brazing including taking down unserviceable Strip, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : All Joints should be joined by Brazing / by using of nuts and bolts

S&F repairs Copper Strip 20x3mm with Saddles and fixing Screws for Roof/ Earth Conductors and Down Conductors above Ground including taking down unserviceable Strip, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : All Joints should be joined by Brazing / by using of nuts and bolts
