Repair replacement of flooring false ceiling non skid tiles and kerb stone etc at AHRR under GE EM RR Hospital Delhi Cantt 10

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards, any thickness, any description, including cover fillets complete.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) as in ground floors and pavings of any thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes etc complete as all as specified and directed.

M&L 80 mm thick, M-40 grade Factory made machine pressed PCC coloured interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006, laying over & including 50 mm thick sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete.

M&L heavy duty coloured paving tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 9 to 10 mm thick set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement to match the shade of tiles over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes , complete all as directed. Note: Screed bed shall be measured seperately under respective item.

M&L for factory made Kerb stones (sample as approved and of top grade with moulded smooth finished surface) in PCC (1:2:4) B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in road Kerbs of required size chamfered on edges completed all as directed. Make: Terra Firma Developments/Mehtab tiles/Super tiles.

M&L Light Shade coloured Virified Non skid tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) jointless, digital tile, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes , complete all as directed. Note: Screed bed shall be measured seperately under respective item.

M&L for exposed GI frame/grid system duly powder coated for module size of 600 x 600 mm suitable for lay-in aluminium / mineral fibre ceiling tiles, having main T runner of 24 mm size, suspended at 1200mm C/C and cross T runner of 24 mm size, suspended at 600mm C/C with interlocking arrangements to form grid of 600 x 600mm, perimeter runner/channel of 15 mm size, main and cross T runner supported by 4mm dia GI rod from slab / Roof, wall angle etc with and including all fixing accessories and making good of distrubed wall surfaces with POP and one coat of oil emulsion distemper, as required to match the existing surfaces, complete all as directed. ( Note: The metal false ceiling shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ herein after)

M&L for metal false ceiling, lay-in type, 0.7 mm thick, having tegular edge profile, duly powder coated, perforated type suitable for false ceiling grid/frame module of 600 x 600mm size, complete all as directed. (Note : The grid /frame shall be measured and paid for separetly umder respective item of BOQ herein before.)
