S & F (with proper welding process) flat iron Clamp 25 mm wide 4 mm thick , 04 Nos under each seat and 02 Nos behind each back of Chair CB Steel with/ without arms.

Taking out old U/S short rail from Charpoy GI pipe with plytop and S&F with replacement of the same from the item recd from item at Sl No. 14.01 with threading at both ends as required.

Taking out old u/s legs and S&F with replacement of the same from the item recd from item at Srl No. 14.02 above with proper threading at one end. All as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F new elbow in place of damaged/broken elbow 32mm dia medium grade 3 way ISI maked(weight not less than 450gm each). All as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F new heavy duty checknut 32mm dia, in place of broken check nut all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking out old U/S ply from charpoy GI pipe with plytop and S&F new 12mm thick plywood BWR type alongwith 13 Nos of nut and bolts of appropriate size in each charpoy all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.Make : Kitply/Century/archid.

S & F (with proper welding process) flat iron stiffners 880x32x5mm , 01 Nos in each charpoy in between the long rails with 1st quality synthetic enamel paint in black colour over a coat of red oxide primer.

S & F (with proper welding process) flat iron Clamp 75x32x5 mm, 01 Nos in each side of short rail of each charpoy with 1st quality synthetic enamel paint in black colour over a coat of red oxide primer.

Taking out old unserviceable flat iron clamp of MNF and S&F new flat iron clamp of MNF set frame in legs of charpoy GI Pipe with black colour painting complete.

Tightening of loose check nuts, elbows, long rails, legs etc of charpoy complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Charpoy with hard top (FD/MAP-II/01) & Bed Hard (FD/E6/MAP/08® ) Taking out old U/S ply from charpoy with hard top (FD/MAP-II/01) & Bed Hard (FD/E6/MAP/08(R) and S&F new 12mm thick plywood BWR grade alongwith 10 Nos of nut and bolts of appropriate size in each charpoy/bed and 1st quality synthetic enamel paint in black colour to the charpoy/bed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.Make : Kitply/Century/archid.

Charpoy GI Pipe with nylon newar as under (DRG No - FD-220:- (a) Removing of unserviceable nylon newar from charpoys GI pipe. (b) Tightening of loose check nuts, elbows long rails, legs etc complete charpoy. (c) S & F (with proper welding process) flat iron stiffners 880x32x5mm , 03Nos in each charpoy in between the long rails and flat iron stiffners 75x32x5 mm, 02 Nos in each side of short rail of each charpoy with 1st quality synthetic enamel paint in black colour over a coat of red oxide primer. (d) S & F of 12mm thick ply BWR grade with 13 Nos of nut and bolts of appropriate size in each charpoy of Make. Century /Kitply/Archid. The edges of ply fixed on charpoy shall be made half round. T.W. beading 4mm thick should be fixed around the ply.

Chair Revolving /Chair computer (Drg - TP and FD/E6/MAP/01)
