Excavation in drains and channels etc., in earth work including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed: (Pick Jumper work)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) complete as per HP.PWD specifications.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade complete as per HP.PWD specifications.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 (By mechanical means) as per Technical Specification Clause 404. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts including mechanical means.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions ofdensity, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity ( 16.54.1)
