Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

A copy of valid KPWD Class VI and above registration certificate.

Valid GST Registration certificate.

Valid EPF registration certificate.

CAT-IIA Category Contractors should upload a scanned copy of valid Caste Certificate Issued from competetent Authority and should submit the hard copy of original CAT-IIA Caste certificate for verification, at the time opening of cover-I.

CAT-IIA Category Contractors should be Domicile of State of Karnataka for more than 10 years and should upload a copy of valid Domicile certificate issued by competent Authority and should submit the hard copy of original Domicile certificate for verification, at the time opening of cover-I

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period i.e. from 2021-22 TO 2025-26. Achieved in at least ONE financial year a minimum financial turnover i.e.Rs.5.08 Lakhs (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only)

Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under:Assessed available tender capacity (A x N x 5 - B)

During technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any certificates/information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid.

Incomplete tender documents will be rejected.

The contractors/firm shall send the authorization letter for their representatives duly attesting their signature.

The contractor should adhere to the time period specified for completion of work, under any circumstances without linking to the pending payment of the work & also Land acquisition problems if any.

Typographical errors, if any will not be the ground for any claims by the Contractor.

The Bidder shall be responsible for successful performance of the contract.

The contractor/authorized signatory should attach his/her scanned signature to the Schedule-B before uploading and also submitting their tenders.

If any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever

Corrigendum will be published in the web site /newspapers for all modifications/ Corrections if any.

Contractor should abide by the directions of Government towards recovery of 1%(or as modified by the Government from time to time)Cess from the contractors bill under the provisions of building and other constructions worker welfare cess Act 1996.
