NOTE:- TENDERER'S ATTENTION IS INVITED TO THE FACT THAT "THE WORK IS OF URGENT NATURE AND SHALL BE EXECUTED FROM OEM OF THE EQUIPMENT ONLY AND SHALL BE COMPLETED IN SIXTY DAYS AS INDICATED IN THE TENDER DOCUMENTS. THE RATES SHALL BE QUOTED CONSIDERING THESE PROVISIONS

Supply and fix in replacement of old and rusted acoustic enclosure for existing 500 KVA DG Set (Make of Engine : CATERPILLAR, Model No - C -18-GP-1 ) testing, commissioning of the old DG set after upfitment complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Acoustic enclosure is made up of 1.6mm CR Sheet, 0.6mm GI Perforated sheet with 64 density rockwool and steel supports and suitable for existing 500 KVA DG Set as recommended by OEM. (ii)The Installation work shall be carried out through authorized dealer of OEM. If contractor fails to carried out the work through authorized dealer of OEM, then recovery will be imposed upto 150% of the quoted rate. In this regard the decision of the Accepting officer will be considered final and binding.

Supply and installation of silencer for existing 500 KVA DG set as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Silencer shall be suitable for existing 500 KVA DG Set as recommended by OEM. (ii) The Installation work shall be carried out through authorized dealer of OEM. If contractor fails to carried out the work through authorized dealer of OEM, then recovery will be imposed upto 150% of the quoted rate.In this regard the decision of the Accepting officer will be considered final and binding.

Supply and installation of thermal Insulation for silencer made out of 24 gauge aluminium sheet with glass wool / mineral wool 32 density for existing 500 KVA DG Set as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of turbo bellow for existing 500 KVA DG Set as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Turbo bellow shall be suitable for existing 500 KVA DG Set as recommended by OEM. (ii) The Installation work shall be carried out through authorized dealer of OEM. If contractor fails to execute the work through authorized person of OEM, then recovery will be imposed upto 150% of the quoted rate.In this regard the decision of the accepting officer will be considered final and binding.

Supply and installation of 300mm dia B Class MS pipe for existing 500 KVA DG Set as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of thermal insulation for 300mm dia B Class MS pipe made out of 24 gauge aluminium sheet with glass wool / mineral wool 32 density for existing 500 KVA DG Set as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of 300mm dia SS bellow for existing 500 KVA DG Set as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) SS bellow is suitable for existing 500 KVA DG Set as recommended by OEM. (ii)The Installation work shall be carried out through authorized dealer of OEM. If contractor fails to execute the work through authorized dealer of OEM, then recovery will be imposed upto 150 % of the quoted rate. In this regard the decision of the accepting officer will be considered final and binding.

Removing of old acoustic, silencer, exhaust pipe and bellow of existing 500 KVA DG Set as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and as directed.

Disassembling and assembling of existing DG Set of upto capacity 500 KVA including testing, commissioning of the existing old DG set complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE FOR SL ITEM NO 8 & 9 :- (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary T&P like cranes, etc. as required for lifting of acoustic enclosure and diesel generating set. (b) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of material and labour required for disconnecting cables and links, taking down from foundation base frame, opening, including de-assembling of DG set . (c) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of material and labour required re-assembling, installation, reconnecting the cables, links, earth strips in the location as directed by the Engr-in- Charge. (d) Dismantling and installation work shall be carried out through authorized dealer of OEM. If contractor fails to carryout the work through authorized dealer of OEM, then recovery will be imposed upto 150 % of the quoted rate.In this regard the decision of the accepting officer will be considered final and binding.

Material and labour for foundation for DG Set upto 500 KVA all as per OEM specifications complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of preparation of foundation as recommended by the OEM.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning outdoor type LT electric panel, CPRI approved consisting of separate compartment for each out going feeders with interlocking arrangements for each feeder fabricated out of 3 mm thick MS sheet floor mounting type of suitable size, base frame / channel, painted with powder coated of approved tint and precoated primer including necessary PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of panel board and including earth work and comprising of the following :- (a) Bus bar chamber of 3 phase and neutral, 4 strip, 415 volts with 400 Amps Aluminium strip - 1 set Contd.. 12

(ii) Initially drawing to be submitted and got approved by Accepting officer before commencement of this job.

Supply and erection of 7.0 mtr long hot dip galvanized octagonal street light pole with arm top dia 70mm and bottom dia 155mm with sheet thickness not less than 4mm with base plate of size 250mmx250mmx16 mm and foundation bolt sets of size 4mmx20mm dia bolt length 700mm and projected bolt length 100mm with fixing of bracket for street light fittings mounting of pole, necessary foundation and coping with necessary cement concrete for erection of pole all standard accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Bajaj / Havells / Phillips / Crompton NOTE : (i) Necessary test, warranty certificates for various components like battery, module, light fitting etc needs to be submitted by the Contractor. (ii) Earth work and foundation as per OEM specifications is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix solar LED light fitting of 20W all in one with hybrid comprising of smart integrated solar street light with built in mono crystalline panel, Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery, MPPT charge controller and PIR sensor with colour temperature 6000-6500K all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge. Make : Bajaj / Havells / Phillips / Crompton NOTE : Necessary test, warranty certificates for various components like battery, module, light fitting etc needs to be submitted by the Contractor.
