132 KV Modisteel Modinagar Dismantling of old and damaged ACDB installed at 132kV substation Modisteel, Modinagar, work includes disconnecting of AC power cable, control cables, removing of earthing etc. shifting of dismantled ACDB from ACDB room to store /said place.
Erection & installation of ACDB work includes shifting of ACDB from store to ACDB room by means of Hydra/Labour, fixing it with nuts& bolts with proper grouting, earthing of ACDB with M.S flat, making holes on base plat of ACDB, inserting of Power AC cable& AC control cables, connecting and compressing of lugs of proper size in AC power cables, termination of cables with proper ferrules & gland and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory. ( Only M.S. Flat will be provided by Department free of cost)
Providing and fixing of 33kV drop out (disconnectable type) AC fuse set ( for all three phase) for 250KVA, 33/.4kV substation transformer. Complete in all respect.
132 KV Niwari Road Modinagar Safe carriage of ACDB & 2 No. LT distribution Board (Power receptacle) from 220kV Substation Muradnagar to 132kV Substation Niwari Road by a suitable vehicle, including shifting of ACDB from store to a suitable place where it cab be load, Loading of ACDB on vehicle by means of hydra, proper tightening with the help of rope, unloading of ACDB at 132kV substation Niwari Road etc.

Erection & installation of LT distribution board ( Power receptacle) at 132kV & 33kV switchyard of 132kV substation Niwari Road Modinagar suitable for AC supply of circuits breakers work includes shifting of Power receptacle from store to site, proper grouting of all legs with concrete and cement, termination of power cable with proper gland and ferrules, proper earthing with M.S flat. ( Only M.S. Flat will be provided by Department free of cost)
