SUB HEAD - I : PIONT WIRING

Wiring for Light point point,fan point, exhauts fan point, call bell point,6A Socket point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Group C

Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, 2 way modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for Wall fan points with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 4 Module (125mmX75mm) GI box by cutting the wall and making the good same with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, Blanker connections etc. as required.

Wiring for above computer points alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required,with 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire. (Note: 3 set of UPS plug shall be looped per circuit to PDB).

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box by cutting the wall and making the good same with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 A & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and15/16 A modular switch, connections, including blankers etc. as required.

SUB HEAD - II : CIRCUIT WIRING

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable including surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.with 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire (Inverter Circuit). In case of recess conduiting,conduits shall be recessed in wall/surface by cutting the wall and making good the same including painting and In case of surface conduiting, conduits shall be cleated to the surface/walls with saddles/ties and spacers as per engg practice.

Wiring for circuit wiring Light /Fan/Exhaust/6A socket etc alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable including surface/ recessed medium class 25mm, 2mm thick PVC conduit as required(light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point/6A socket) with 2 x 2.5 sq. mm + 1 x 2.5 sq. mm earth wire. In case of recess conduiting,conduits shall be recessed in wall/surface by cutting the wall and making good the same including painting and In case of surface conduiting, conduits shall be cleated to the surface/walls with saddles/ties and spacers as per engg practice.

SUB HEAD - III : SUB MAIN CABLES

Supplying and Laying of 1.1 KV voltage grade PVC insulated sheated coppor conductor for / submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required as per specifications in ductworks, treenches,cable trays,over beds of stand,clamped to the wall with suitable clamps including 40mm dia,2 mmthick PVC conduits from Sub-Distribution boards to Main Indoor LT Panel .In case of recess conduiting, conduits shall be recessed in wall/surface by cutting the wall and making good the same including painting and In case of surface conduiting, conduits shall be cleated to the surface/walls with saddles/ties and spacers as per engg practice.

4 X 16 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire and loop earth wire for heating ckt

2 x 10 sq.mm + 1 x 6 sq. mm earth wire for heating circuits.

4 X 6 sq. mm + 2X 6 sq. mm earth wire for lighting submain.

SUB HEAD - IV : SUB DISTRIBTUION BOARD / MCB BOX

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral(TPN), sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, onsurface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB /RCCB /Isolator ).

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator):12 way, SPN Double door.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 40-50A rating, 240V 10 kA, “C” curve, Double pole miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

SUB HEAD - VII : MAIN LT POWER CABLE

Supply and laying in cable Tray/cable ducts clamped to wall with suitable clamps saddles and fixing bolts/ in ground including the cost of digging and back filling with sand and brick protection as required and including testing and commissioning of the following sizes of 1.1KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable conforming to IS : 7098 (Part-I). The costs shall include for all cables to be provided with a 1D gap and shall be properly clamped with cable clamps and ties. Identification tags shall be provided for all cables and route markers for cables in ground as per specifications and as per instructions of Engineer- in-charge.3.5 core, 185 mm2 Armoured XLPE insulated, Aluminum cable.

Supply and laying in cable Tray/ cable ducts/ clamped to wall with suitable clamps saddles and fixing bolts/ in ground including the cost of digging and back filling with sand and brick protection as required and including testing and commissioning of the following sizes of 1.1KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable conforming to IS : 7098 (Part-I). Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required:3½ X 185 sq. mm (82mm)

SUB HEAD - VIII : LIGHT AND FAN FIXTURES

SITC of 15W, 6500K, Surface mounted LED Round/ square, cool/warm, with screws, including connections, making good the same if any wall cutting including painting etc complete in all respects.

SITC of 12Watt LED Lamp with Modular Batton holder, screws, round plate , including connections, making good the same if any wall cutting including painting etc complete in all respects . including connections,etc as required,complete in all respects.

SITC of 18W - 20W, 2 feet long 6500K, LED Tubelight with ceiling rose, screws, round sheets, including connections, making good the same if any wall cutting including painting etc complete in all respects.

SITC of 5W (Nominal) 1ft long. LED Mirror Light with conncetions etc as required.

Supplying, erection and testing of approved make electric Wall fan of complete with standard down rod, canopy, hanging shackle, Aluminium blades, A.C. 230-250 volts including connections with all necessary material complete of approved as required -300/400 mm sweep,80-90W.

Supplying, erection and testing of approved make electric ceiling fan of complete with standard down rod, canopy, hanging shackle, Aluminium blades, A.C. 230-250 volts including connections with all necessary material complete of approved as required -Ceiling Fan ( ISI )-1400 mm Sweep,80-90W.

Supplying, erecting and testing of approved make Exhaust Fan of 300 mm(12 Inches) 900 rpm with mounting frame, blades AC 230-250 complete connection and including, frame bolt/ Anchor hole fastners, ceiling rose, etc. complete finished of approved as required.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

SUB HEAD - IX : CABLING & CONDUTTING FOR DATA SYSTEM

Supplying and drawing of UTP 4 pair CAT 6 LAN Cable in the existing surface/ recessed PVC conduit as required.(1 run of cable)

Supplying and fixing Computer socket outlet RJ45 modular switch/ socket on the modular plate & switch box including connections including modular plate etc(MS box). as required.

Supplying and fixing following Modular base & cover plate on existing modular metal boxes etc. as required.2/3 Module.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required with25 mm dia ,2mm thick.

SUB HEAD - X : EARTHING SYSTEM

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe, including earth execavation and refilling and making good the same etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

SUB HEAD - XI : LIGHTENING CONDUCTOR

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc complete as required

Jointing G.I. tape (with another G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting sweating and soldering etc. as required

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet oron surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run)

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or on surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For vertical run)

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 Nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying G.I. tape 32 mm X 6 mm from earth electrode directly in ground as required.

SUB HEAD - XII : TELEPHONE NETWORKING

Supplying and drawing following pair 0.5/0.7 mm dia FRLS PVC insulated annealed copper conductor, unarmored telephone cable in the separate 25mm dia, 2mm thick surface/ recessed PVC conduit as required. 2 pair

Supplying and fixing Telephone socket outlet RJ 11 modular switch/ socket on the modular plate & switch box including connections including modular plate etc(MS box). as required.

Supplying and fixing following Modular base & cover plate on existing modular metal boxes etc. as required.1 or 2 Module (75mmX75mm).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following krone type tag blocks enclosed in MS enclosure of suitable size with lockable cover. 10 pair Tag block with krone tool

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of digital telephone apparatus.
