Earthwork excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) to full depth as per designed in all soils and sub soils except soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting and hard rock requiring blasting and bailing water wherever necessary. Refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in Foundation and basement with clean river sand in layers not exceeding 150mm well watered rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in Foundation with quarry dust and gravel mix 1:3 using good quality clean stone dust and cement in layers not exceeding 150mm well watered rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement and five of sand and ten hard broken stone jelly) 40mm guage for foundation including laying consolidating etc all complete as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams, with cement Mortar 1:4, complete including shapping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embdding broken bricks of shaped/chiselled bricks, rough-plastering with cement Mortar 1:4, and finishing withfinal ornamental plastering and nayam theervani including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc, complete inculding all axtra for folding and inculuding clearing from the vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial area. for vimanam upto 15' height.

Providing new sudhai vigrahams in the vimanams and Rajagopurams with Copper rod reinforcement of suitable dia with binding wires wherever necessary, shaping the core with broken bricks set in Cement Mortar 1:3 finishing the same with Cement Mortar 1:3 bringing to the correct shape (Lakshana) in conforming with silpa sastra inclusive of special ornaments, wiapons, peedam etc., complete and providing L.M. Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (No sand to be used) between cutstone wall the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 121/2 by volume and laid over on a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beatersof approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wetted by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specifications etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of approved first quality of new machine pressed Tiles of size 230 x 230 x 20mm thick of approved quality laid cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and pointing the top surface with cement mortar 1:3 including all materials and labour charges etc complete

Manufacturing and fixing in position Temple pattern Ornamental Doors with high quality Burma Teak wood with 2" minimum to 7" maximum thick ornamental frame, 2" thickness to 5" thickness Kamala (Flower Planks), creeper, Birds, Animal figures, Sculptures etc., Backside 1" thickness to 3" thickness Plank including necessary carving, shaping and wastage etc., as per approved plan and design.

Painting new wood works such as teak wood ornamental temple door etc., with Best varnish two coats for wood works etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in position MS grill as per approved design and drawing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete.
