Operation and maintenance of electric substation including four pole structure yard

Operation of diesel generators as and when required ( diesel shall be provided by the University free of cost). The scope of work includes providing manpower and minor materials such as insulation tape, fuse wire, screws etc. and maintenance. Other material needed for day to day maintenance shall be provided by University free of cost.

Operation and maintenance of external electrical installation including street lights, feeder pillars, distribution boards, underground cables, earthings etc. The scope of work includes providing required manpower needed for day to day operation and maintenance. Minor materials such as insulation tape, fuse wire, screw etc. and all other materials like fittings, fixtures will be supplied by the University free of cost-1 Job

Repairs and maintenance of external/internal electrical installation for all non-residential/ residential buildings temporary and permanent. The scope of the work includes providing required manpower needed for day to day operations and maintenance. Minor materials such as insulation tape, fuse wire, screw etc. and all other materials like fittings, fixtures will be supplied by the University free of cost-1 Job

Operation of A.C systems and audio video systems such as moving cordless mikes, operation of projectors, UPS systems, lights etc. inside the senate hall/ conference hall in main Administration building/ Seminar hall in Arts and Humanities building/ Silver Jubilee hall/ Auditorium halls in New Science Faculty building or any other location in the campus as instructed by Engineer-in-charge in the Goa University.

Filtration of transformer oil using suitable filtration machine at site.

Testing oil samples and issue the test certificate before and after TRF filtration.

Top up of new oil in transformer/OCB unit, make of oil (power oil)

Transport charges towards transportation of filtration machine to and from site and back.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means ( hydraulic excavator manual means in foundation trenches drain ( not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sq.m on plan)) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated sil as directed within a lead of 50 m. a. Clearing jungle including up rooting of rank vegetation grass bush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 m above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 mt. outside the periphery of the area cleared. (if however, only grass is met with the area will be measured and paid for under item 4001).

Supply and fixing of heat shrink cable jointing it complete with all accessories including aluminium ferrules and other related accessories complete as required on site 3M make as per the following sizes of cable

Vacuum cleaning of indoor L.T panels including cleaning the busbar chambers, switches and cleaning and tightening the contacts and submitting reports of the panel

Work of cable fault identification and pin pointing using precision cable fault finding equipment for all 1.1KV cables from 10 sq.mm - 400 sq.mm for a length of upto 100mts. For every meter above 100 mts Rs. 10 per meter will be charged extra.

Work of cable fault identification and pin pointing using precision cable fault finding equipment for all HT cables of 11KV and 33KV from 70 sq.mm - 400 sq.mm for a length of upto 100mts. For every meter above 100 mts Rs. 13 per meter will be charged extra.
