Ordinary Soil (SS20B) Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt notunder water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth (SS20B)

Charges for cuttting the B.T Surfaces to 5 to 7 cm depth using milling machine, conveying the milled waster materials to at least for 20 km distance including hire and running charges for the machine, conveyance charges, unloading at unobjectionable place, cleaning the milled surface as to avoid slippery including all other incidental and unforeseen item etc., complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Providing, laying spreading and compacting wet mix macadam with clean, crushed, graded aggregates and granular material and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the engineer.

Providing and laying prime coat of 7kgs/10sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7kgs of bituminous emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev V Specifications.

Providing and laying Tack Coat of 2.5 kgs/10sqm over the prime surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev V Specifications.

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all matenals to CMP site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site.spreading the mix in fequired temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc.including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unitlabour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,including other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying tack coat of 2kgs/10sqm over the BT Surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specification.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30/40mm_ thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 46.28kgs of VG60/ VG70 bitumen, 4.00kg plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tippe trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm /30 mm with mechanical paver to the apecified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80-10 tonne vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labvour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fue) charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler , tipper trucks, paver finisher /9m paver finisher, vibratory / pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-S

Conveying the excavated earth from the site to the distance of 15kms out side of the city limit including all initial lead, lift, loading and unloading with transportation charges etc., complete as per the standard specification.
