Cement concrete with 4cm gauge Approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour tools & Plants etc required for proper completion of the work

RCC Grade M-25 using batching plant transit mixture and manual placing (MORTH-20/9.06/E/Case-II)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (DSR-18/5.22)

Thermo Mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (SAIL Steel) (DSR-18/5.22.6/AR)

Providing and fixing in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : fine sand) red sand stone slabs 30mm thick over drains. (AR/GNIDA)

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement & fine sand 2.20 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.
