Earth work in trench excavation (exceeding in 30 cm and up to 1.5 m in depth 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including disposal of excavated earth up to 1 m from cutting edge disposed earth to be levelled all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level including carriage complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete in M-10 grade concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone 20 mm nominal size) including cost of centering, shuttering up to plinth v level and carriage of all material up to site of work complete with 20% Plum.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches , plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand 3 crushed graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in beams, columns, pillars suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 degree, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windows sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases up to floor 5 levels excluding cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending and binding and placing in position all complete. (TMT bars )

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work in Foundation, footings, bases of column for mass concrete with water proofing ply 12 mm thick Lintels, beams, plinth beam, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with water proofing ply 12 mm thick

Brick masonry with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structure up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 cement coarse sand). complete as per the directions of Consultant including cost and carriage of all material involved upto site of work complete.

Extra brick work in superstructure above plinth level up to floor v level by manual means.

Provide wood work in frames of door, windows and clearstory windows and other frames , wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length of 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for door and windows including ISI marked black enemeled M.S Butt hinges with necessary screws execluding , panelling which will be paid for separately using ( 2nd class deodar wood )

Providing and fixisng Paneling for paneled and paneled shutters for doors 1st class Kail wood

Structural steel work welded in built up sections , trusses and frame work including cutting ,hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing colour coated tile profile 0.50 mm thick sheeet roofing as approved by Engineer-In-Charge including all lead and lift including fixtures complete job.

Providing and fixing colour coated ready made ridge cover 600 mm in width as approved by engineer-in-charge including all lead and lift including fixtures complete job

Providing and fixing 300 x 32 mm nominal size plained eves boarding in 1st class Kail wood.

15mm thick cement sand plaster on rough side of single /half brick wall in 1:6 mix ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling , partations etc. sawn and fixed in position using 2nd class kail wood.

Provding and fixing 2nd class teak wood plain lining tongued and grooved including wooden plugs 20 mm thick

Providing and fixing MS grill of required pattern in frames of windows etc with MS flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete fixed to opennings/wooden frmes with rawl plugs screws etc.
