TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF CHP SYSTEM (ECHS & ICHS) : Charges for carrying out complete testing and commissioning of conveyor system

ASH SLURRY SYSTEM

MECHANICAL WORKS: Supply, fabrication, erection and total dismantling and rectification of 7.5 Ton Gantry Crane rails, structural materials, control panel etc., and rectification of 2 Ton Hoist including renewal of worn out mechanical & electrical spares, assembling, inspection, painting. Rectification and Servicing of Travelling Water Screen by renewal/ replacement of defective parts. Supply and erection of Booster pump with connected fittings, TWS wash pumps mounting frame, Handrails and cover plates for stop log gate & trash rack openings and etc.

ELECTRICAL WORKS : Supply & Erection of LT Control cable (4C x 25 Sqmm, AI) for SWI Incomer – I, GI flats are corroded near SWI PH and SWI ECP building, Sheds for outdoor motors, Welding receptacles,Fire Sealing system for cable, Lighting rods for lightning protection system and Lighting and small power equipments (Switches, Sockets, Fans, Exit lamps, Exhaust fan) and etc., C&I WORKS: Erection of VMS (1no.) and Supply & erection of sensors, connecting probes and etc.,

NON PLANT BUILDING AND GREEN BELT DEVELOPMENT

Greenbelt development - Execution of tree saplings plantation in greenbelt zones covering 90 acres of area in Stage-III premises and installing and commissioning of Drip irrigation system as permanent watering arrangement for watering the saplings and carrying out regular maintenance of planted saplings for a period of six months as per MOEF and TNPCB norms. The work involves clearing of site, jungle cleaning and disposal, filling with dredged sand/available earth, compaction, excavation, supply of materials (red earth, cow dung manure, etc.,), well grown saplings and maintenance of saplings, removal of weeds, bushes, pruning of branches, watering the saplings daily by operating drip irrigation etc.,

Carrying out all pending civil works in Time office and Security Complex, Gate 1 & 2 Complex, Dispensary Building, Canteen Building including landscaping, parking Shed and Watch towers, Bank cum ATM Building, Permanent Stores building, Administrative Building including landscaping, workshop Building, Hydrogen generation plant Building including related roads and drains, GIS Building Wall & roof leak arresting, Burnt Oil pit seepage arresting, etc., Second coat painting of pipe rack & cable rack, Area grading,Storm water drains,roads and paver block laying,Master key System and supply of furnitures and etc., Mandatory spares for expansion compensator in Chimney.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING: Detailed design & Engineering for the NDCT System.

MECHANICAL WORKS: Supply and erection of Drift Eliminator, erection of balance cooling fills, distribution pipes, spray nozzles, thermocool, SS strap, supply and erection of NDCT drain pumps, mandatory spares for drain pumps, approach platform for the equipments pertaining to CW, ACW and CTBD system, strengthening of existing pipeline and its supporting structures, painting of structure and pipeline with epoxy paint including supply of paint, supply and erection of under ground GRP pipeline from NDCT to outfall, CWPH to Ash water tank and CTBD to ash water tank, valves,supply of MOVs,pipe & fittings and etc.,

CIVIL WORKS: Execution of pending civil works and external surface painting including supply and CECRI Inspection etc., in NDCT system.

ELECTRICAL WORKS: Supply Erection of Sump Pump LCP for NDCT (Sump pump panel - 4), Sump Pump LCP LT cable (3 x 95 Sqmm, AL) 530 meters.Associated necessary material & works required for system completion. NDCT Sump basin drain pump outdoor motors 03 Nos. Canopy to be provided and etc.,.

TESTING & COMMISSIONING: Testing & Commissioning of NDCT basin drain pump motors,MOV’s and completed NDCT system.

New 11 KV Motors (3+1) suitable to existing Cooling water circulation pumps (each pump 50,000 m3/hr capacity). C. Providing Recirculation lines to all the Filter water Pumps. D. Calcium bed with CO2 regeneration system suitable for 550 m3/hr for filter and fire water system to avoid water corrosion. E. Power Plant proto type model.
