| 2 | Conditions:
(1)The royalty will be paid by the agency to Delhi Jal Board as per the prevalent rates of DJB and is already included in the rates.
(2)The DJB water source shall be DJB-UGR in Holambi Kalan, Delhi.
(3) If any tanker driver is found selling DDA water or delivering water at a place other than the designated fixed designation point, the driver would be immediately removed and a penalty of Rs 20000/- will be imposed on the agency and recovered from the agency and his account.
(4) All the water tankers engaged by the agency under this work should clearly display "ON DDA DUTY" by mentioning the work of engineering division i.e. EE/NPD-1, to which they are attached.
(5) In case the tanker is not in a position to supply the water to the designated point due to unexpected break down, the driver will immediately inform the authority and seek necessary instruction meanwhile the agency shall ensure immediate availability of necessary alternate tankers.
(6) The GPS must be installed in every tanker to keep effective surveillance on the movement of water tankers and report regarding the same be submitted to Engineer-in-charge and payment shall be linked to logs of GPS data for payment purpose. (7) Availability and Exclusive Deployment of Water Tankers:- The L1 bidder shall be required to submit a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or ownership documents confirming the availability of at least ten (10) water tankers, each having a minimum capacity of 10,000 litres, and compliant with BS-VI emission norms or operating on CNG. Furthermore, the bidder must certify that the said tankers are not deployed elsewhere at the time of MoU submission and shall remain exclusively available for this work throughout the contract period—from the start date until completion of the work to ensure the timely and proper supply of drinking water as per the contract requirements. Failure to submit the requisite MoU or ownership documents, or non-compliance with the exclusivity condition, within 7 days of issuance of the Letter for commencement of work may result in forfeiture of the Performance Guarantee and additional performance guarantee (if any) and will render L1 Bidder ineligible to participate in bid in re-tendering of said work. | - | - | - | - |
