M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M/L for Hard core of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick,watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100mm thick Plain Cement Concrete(PCC) (1:4:8), Type D-2, in sub base of hardstanding complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand cushioning for receiving precast PCC interlocking paver blocks, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size, with and including grey cement & pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete(PCC) in (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing plain cement concrete in (1:2:4), Type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, in Cover slab, window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.)

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of internal walls, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 200mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with and including collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L formwork to face of walls, retaining walls, abutments parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters,buttresses etc, vertical or to batter, for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix ) (1:1.5:3), Type A-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in wall and the like, any thickness, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade Plain Cement Concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, errection, testing and commissioning 16 M high mast light system with and including its accessories (Hot dipped galvanised). Mast shaft shall be in two sections (Top/Bottom-150/410mm, sheet - 3/3mm) , suitable for 180Km per hour wind speed as per IS 875. It shall also include accessories 'for high mast including head frame, stainless steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable, double drum winch 500KG, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 08 luminaires, fixed symmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightning arrestor spike finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool motor 1 HP, manual handle installed inside the base compartment for its operation. (Make Bajaj/ Surya/ Wipro/ Havells/ Crompton). ( Make : Orient (Model Sigma Ultra) or equivalent in Surya/Havells/ Crompton/ Bajaj/Phillips/Wipro as approved by AGE(I))

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor of cross section area 70 sqmm, 3.5 core and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Excavation and earthwork, sand cushioning and cable protection will be measured and paid for separately against relevant items of this BOQ.)

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor of cross section area 16 sqmm, 4 core and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point including spreading complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Punned thickness shall be measured. )

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing/ laying of 40mm bore dia GI pipe light grade in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall including all fittings, ISI marked as required for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of automatic outdoor light switch with pole mountable enclosure consisting of NATURE SWITCH-02, power contactor for load switching, MCB, and terminal blocks. Switch shall be designed for automatic control of outdoor lighting, using Space Grade Sensors and an advanced micro controller. Enclosure shall consist of mounting brackets, cable glands, openable door with lock and key. Enclosure shall be made out of UV stabilized, FR grade special moulding compound to provide a rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof, outdoor mountable electrically insulating body capable of enduring solar radiation in the outdoor conforming to IP-66.
