Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring light, fan, sockets or power complete from surface wiring or from concealed wiring without disturbing concealed conduit including fittings such as ceiling rose, light fittings of any type, fan regulators etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces wall ceiling floors to match existing surfaces.

S & F Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade cable including 1.5 Sqrnm copper conductor multi stranded PVC insulated unsheathed cable for earth continuity conductor in and including PVC casing and capping/conduit with all accessories and l.2mm thick terminal bóx with 3 mm uniform thick laminated ISI marked sheet cover for mounting of switches sockets regulators etc complete for one light point, controlled by one switch 5 amps one way one fan point controlled by one switch and regulator or one socket outlet point three pin 5 amps.

All as per item No.2 above but with 2.5 sqmm cable for socket outlet 3 pin 15 Amps on independent board incl 1.5 sqmm PVC standard copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor

Note: a) Soldering and minor spares are included in the quoted rate. b) Heating element and thermostat are measured and paid seperatly

M&L spray painting of ceiling fan, Exhaust fan, Wall Mounting, Pedastal fan of any sweep including diconnecting, taking down, scrapping the old paint, filling cavities and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enameled white paint, numbering with black enamel paint, refixing in position connecting testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement submain wiring with PVC insulated, single core, multi stranded, 1100 volts grade unsheathed copper conductor cable in and including PVC Conduit/Casing capping with accessories fixed on wall /ceiling with GI screws complete with 2 runs of 2.5 sq mm and one run of 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor all as directed.
